Tree House News: 

The land of whispering pines.

Hi everyone, the sun has returned, but with cooler temperatures. According to the long-range for the next couple of weeks, here at the Tree House, the temperatures will hover around the low to high twenties with lots of sun.

As I sit here typing, I smell the fresh air from the woods outside the window. It reminded me so much of back home when I used to kneel on my bed with my head stuck out the upstairs window. I could pretend to be Supergirl hanging out the window, too. 

PRAYER FOR THE DAY

Today, I would like to dedicate a prayer for THOSE WHO SUFFER, tortured by the hands of BEASTS, who have no value for life, the living, or even their own lives.

I will be keeping it short today, for we will be departing at some point this morning to go to Barrie to visit with my sister.

Democrats opened their convention in Chicago on Monday by sending off Joe Biden. And then the president closed the night – which ran significantly behind schedule – with a hand-off to Vice President Kamala Harris.

Biden said choosing Harris as his running mate in 2020 was “the best decision I made my whole career.”

La tierra de los pinos susurrantes.

Hola a todos, ha vuelto el sol, pero con temperaturas más frescas. Según el pronóstico a largo plazo para las próximas semanas, aquí en la Casa del Árbol, las temperaturas rondarán los veinte grados con mucho sol.

Mientras me siento aquí escribiendo, huelo el aire fresco del bosque fuera de la ventana. Me recordó mucho a casa cuando solía arrodillarme en mi cama con la cabeza asomada por la ventana de arriba. También podría fingir que soy Supergirl colgando de la ventana. 

ORACIÓN DEL DÍA

Hoy quisiera dedicar una oración por AQUELLOS QUE SUFREN, torturados por manos de BESTIAS, que no tienen valor para la vida, para los vivos, ni siquiera para su propia vida.

Seré breve hoy, porque saldremos en algún momento de esta mañana para ir a Barrie a visitar a mi hermana.
