OUR MARCH IN LIFE
This holds pretty well for anybody, including the rich; nobody is exempt or immune from making wrong choices or decisions.
Each day, as we go forward on our march through life, someone will spoil the day; that always happens. Maybe it is just there at the right place at the wrong time, like if you had caught the tail of your coat in the car door, you would not have entered the great hall at the same time that statue came down, or some such thing, like the piano falling out of the window and you're underneath it.
If I were the survivor, I would take an inventory of just what degree the actual damage was before hitting the alert for the incoming missiles button.
Retract, repair, and think before hitting the button.
Part 2 RECONSTRUCT
Learn from failed attempts, wrong decisions, and/or failure to do a little research before taking any action. Be safe, research, ask questions, double-check, and rewrite into a new format with information to back it up.
I have learned *the hard way* about the do's and don'ts in the psychological and physical aspects; that was hard enough, But as time went on, more often, I simply went by feeling whatever it is doesn't feel right, my built-in bull sh-t detector tells me. It's all about feelings and when to pay attention at that one particular instant that rings the bell.
It is the same as meditating, but these waves of awareness can come and go, like a breath; in the awake world, pay attention.

‘What the f**k to do with them?’ Russian soldiers heard condemning North Korean recruits in intercepted audio
Russian soldiers have been heard raising concerns about how North Korean soldiers will be commanded and provided with ammunition and military kit, leaked intercepts obtained by the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine and released on Friday show.
The Russian soldiers talk disdainfully about the incoming North Korean soldiers, codenamed the “K Battalion,” at one point referring to them as “the f**king Chinese.”
In the same extract, a serviceman describes another who has been tasked to “meet people.”
