Tree House News

The Land of the Whispering Pines

Good morning, everyone. Well, here we are on a Monday morning, and as usual, I'm up before the sun. We are supposed to get some sun today, knocking on wood and throwing some salt over my shoulder, and I hope I don't step on any cracks. It's supposed to be nice, 馃尋 at about 33°F for the high.
I may have to cut my news short again today because I have to see my doctor. The appointment is for 10:30 am, which will interrupt my usual daily routine. Friends! Take it from me! Don't be in a hurry to get old! Doctors, doctors, doctors, never-ending, how boring. I simply don't like boring doctors, physicians who speak doctor-ese words I don't understand.
DISCUSSION

BUG SEASON and Wearing A Mask

In the healthcare business, I am into psychology, not the physical crap; boring! And yucky stuff! Waiting in their little examination rooms to avoid all the bug people in the waiting room is fine for an attempt to stay away from the rest of the bug carriers in the waiting room. It's better, but if you sit in there long enough, you could go bug f--ked. I don't like appointments of any kind, especially during bug season.
I will keep harping about this because these bugs CAN KILL! WEAR A MASK! HAVE RESPECT FOR OTHERS AND YOURSELF BY WEARING MASKS, especially in any of the medical places; that's what those places are for, for sick people to go to to get medicine; THEY GO IN, THEY'RE SICK, THEY BRING BUGS.
You should always have a mask with you when you go into a small place, such as a drugstore, corner store, gas station, or restaurant unless it's off hours when they're not busy. None of the smaller places have ventilation like the big box stores. I just wish I could make everybody understand, especially the doctors, not try to sneak in an appointment with me through the winter, at least not until it's March when the bug season begins to subside unless I'm seriously sick.
If you work from home, that's why it was set up that way, to begin with; it was because of the bugs during the pandemic. Fight to keep working from home. The orange, fat-arse clown pig with that stupid little red hat wants to do away with work at home. That fat-arse orange clown pig shouting, "Bring the offices back!" He likes killing people, just like he did during the COVID-19 pandemic. He's no better than Putin. Why doesn't he move in with him? They would make a great couple, subjugating the masses.
Now, he is speaking about keeping the masses in the dark about possible pandemics by muting the CDCSo now, we will not know what, which, where, why, and when the next pandemic will hit or when and where the anvil will drop. I *pray* this time he will not be so lucky as the last time, and he'll get one of those bugs to crawl up his butt hole. I don't like praying negatively against anyone, but these are desperate times; this arse pick will tear apart all of our lives for his fat orange arse's benefit. I am praying for his downfall for the good of others. "AMEN!"
Somewhere there has to be a solvent for the crazy glue they glued that butt hole's pants to the Oval Office chair. He's turning that place into a den of pigs. I got weenied, and I didn't even take my shorts off.

BREAKING NEWS:

Trump jumped at a chance to show how tough he can be and to demonstrate to Latin America the price of resistance

Donald Trump claimed an early victory for a coercive foreign policy based on tariffs and hard power on Sunday after announcing Colombia had backed down in a dispute over migrant repatriation flights.
The president had earlier unveiled swift and painful punishment, including huge tariffs, on the US ally in his most overt attempt yet to make an example of a nation that crossed him and to assert dominance in the Western Hemisphere.

Palestinians finally returning to devastated northern Gaza after ceasefire dispute delay

Tens of thousands of displaced Palestinians began returning home to northern Gaza on Monday, bracing for what awaits them in a region that has been reduced to rubble by months of brutal bombardment and fighting.
Israel opened a corridor into the north of the Gaza Strip on Monday, 48 hours later than initially planned. It blamed the delay on Hamas, saying the militant group breached the terms of the ceasefire agreement that guaranteed people would be able to return to the north.

Noticias de la casa del 谩rbol馃尦

La tierra de los pinos susurrantes

Buenos d铆as a todos. 馃槈 Se supone que har谩 buen tiempo, 馃尋 con una temperatura m谩xima de alrededor de 33 °F.
¡Amigos! ¡Hagan caso! ¡No tengan prisa por envejecer! M茅dicos, m茅dicos, m茅dicos, interminables, qu茅 aburrido.
DISCUSI脫N

TEMPORADA DE INSECTOS y uso de mascarilla

Har铆an una gran pareja, subyugando a las masas.
As铆 que ahora, no sabremos qu茅, cu谩l, d贸nde, por qu茅 y cu谩ndo golpear谩 la pr贸xima pandemia o cu谩ndo y d贸nde caer谩 el yunque.
"¡AM脡N!"

  1. Responce b, Paula Koval:

Greetings, and Happy Monday to Everyone!
Last night on CBC News and CNN, I heard the seasonal flu filling hospital emergency rooms faster this year than the COVID-19 virus and its variants. That news is good and bad; good because COVID-19 cases are down in 2024 and so far in 2025, but the flu is dangerously infecting more people, and we don't hear about it.

What we don't know can kill us, but we already know how to lower the case count. We can get our flu shots, wear masks in crowded places or a doctor's waiting room, and wash our hands often.

I can't stand wearing a mask, as it is uncomfortable and causes my nose to run, but I do wear one when I see my doctor or go to the pharmacy. I use an N95 mask because it is the most effective protection available, and medical personnel use it.

The "work from home" model is effective. It's been used since the first wave of COVID-19. The organizations are making a profit or completing their mission with less spent on facilities. Employees have no commute time or expenses. Sales are made, and the work gets done on time, so why call employees back to the office if it won't improve anything?

You decide whether to wear a mask. I don't wear one if I can avoid it, but I will wear one in a doctor's waiting room, a pharmacy, or any other place where there are likely to be many people in a small space. Please don't forget to wear a mask when you think it is appropriate. Thanks!

Thank you, Paula, for filling in the rest of the blanks on the precautions for any kind of virus. Why take chances of getting sick? TAKE THE DARN SHOTS. You won't turn purple and start foaming at the mouth and look to bite people on the ankle.

I've lost count of how many shots I got for Covid 19 in the first 3 years, and I still got it three times; so far this year, I have been bug-free so far this year, but I limit appointments of any kind until at least mid-March. But I genuinely believe I would not be here without the shots and the Paxlovid pills.

Those butt-killing bugs are nothing to fool with; they are way more aggressive than a cold bug or the regular flu bug. Covid 19 can actually shut down body parts like diabetes does.
