Great Spirit bless ð
ðWell, I pray for a reasonably pleasant, productive, safe, and blessed day, one day at a time. for everyone on this Friday, March 27, 2026. My prayer for today is for a sign of sanity and reality returning. May G-d Bless!ð
It's turning out not bad out there now. I was just out to get a fresh coffee and stepped out through the open sliding glass door onto my green space. The spring birds were singing in the woods, and I could feel the warmth of the sun even though the air was still chilly. It's getting closer to the seeding time. Thank you very much for taking the time to read the Tree House News.
TODAY'S DISCUSSION:
"RED ALERT! ðī THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED!" The loudspeakers blast out for the public to hear.
_*WELCOME TO THE OCTOPUS WITHOUT TENTACLES - THE NEW AMERICA!
My Brief Summary:
SURE OUR OLD SYSTEM WAS FLAWED BUT FIXABLE. NOW WE HAVE INSANITY AT THE CONTROLS.
ORANGE ALERT ð G-D FORBID, ð BEWARE AS WELL.
On The Positive Side:
Our government only needs a few more rat traps, amendments barring corporate thieves and organised crime, ya know? Those hidden costs and interest rates, we need these thieves weaned from the federal tittie. Like those thieves on the phone, and the sales reps, ya know, the tiny, heck, more like invisible print. The soliciting phone calls and those internet ads, "yada yadaaa!" Eliminating this blood-sucking cult would be the big fix, I'm just guessing, maybe nearly 50% or half - 1/2 - less out of the government coffers per annum. All told, that would be enough to cover Canada's 5% army build-up over the next ten years and to look after all the provinces' health care systems. Just that would also create many more new jobs.
AI can also mean new jobs, from technicians at the bottom up to programmers and those who operate robots on the production line, right down to the floor sweep. Well, even those data centers will need people to clean and maintain them.
_*Well, looking at it from the shiny side up, and the rubber on the road, it is much better than the guy south of us did. "Fly Psycho, Fly!" and off the precipice he went without the benefit of an aircraft ðĐ️x ðĪĄ flying ðĻðŠķ around with the coo - coo birds ðĶðĶðĶ

Question: Federal Government crooks
AI Overview
Federal government corruption involves abuses of power, such as bribery, embezzlement, and fraud, prosecuted under laws like the Hobbs Act and RICO. High-profile cases include the Teapot Dome scandal, convictions of members of Congress like Duke Cunningham, and recent massive welfare fraud schemes. The FBI actively investigates these cases to maintain public integrity.

GET RID OF THE CROOKS!
Thank you, Mr. Prime Minister, Mark Carney.
BREAKING NEWS:
Senate unanimously moves to fund most of DHS, except ICE and border patrol, in rare overnight session
The Senate unanimously moved to fund most of the Department of Homeland Security, except for Immigration and Customs Enforcement and part of Customs and Border Protection, in a rare overnight mission. The agreement would fund other DHS components, such as the Transportation Security Administration and US Coast Guard, but the House will still need to act before funded agencies within the department can reopen. The move is meant to alleviate long lines at airports, while lawmakers continue to debate possible reforms to immigration enforcement by DHS.
The move came just hours after President Donald Trump had directed his newly installed Department of Homeland Security chief to swiftly pay TSA agents in a bid to reduce lines at airports as talks appeared to have fallen apart. While much of Washington slept and officials mulled how to implement Trump’s order, senators focused on moving the funding they were able to agree on by unanimous consent. On his way to the floor in the wee hours of the morning on Friday, Senate Majority Leader John Thune told reporters, “We’re gonna execute on as much as DHS as we can tonight, and then we’ll fund the rest of it later.”

No Kings is a demonstration against everything — and a protest against nothing
On Saturday, hundreds of thousands — perhaps millions — of Americans will pour into city streets. But will they accomplish anything?
• The revolution will be well attended. And it may accomplish absolutely nothing.
On Saturday, hundreds of thousands — perhaps millions — of Americans will pour into city streets for the third installment of the No Kings protests, a nationwide day of action organized by the activist coalition Indivisible. Organizers are predicting that it could be the single largest day of domestic political protest in American history. Bruce Springsteen will perform in St. Paul, Minn. The American Civil Liberties Union has been hosting training sessions on how to reduce risk to yourself while protesting peacefully. Signs are being painted. Chants are being rehearsed.
• And when it’s all over, Donald Trump will still be president.
• Saturday’s marches risk becoming what so many well-attended American protests have become — a communal emotional release that feels transformative in the moment and registers as noise in Washington.
• After March 28, the coalition plans to focus more on local legislative advocacy and protecting Americans’ right to vote...

'It only takes one' — Why a runway collision like LaGuardia could happen in Canada
TSB has been sounding the alarm on runway incursions since 2010
The audio recording from air traffic control moments before Air Canada Flight 8646 collided with a fire truck on the runway at New York's LaGuardia airport is harrowing. The CCTV footage showing the impact — the aircraft striking the side of the truck, and then colliding nose-first into the runway, killing both pilots — is difficult to watch.
• "Oh, God," a voice can be heard whispering in the background of the video seconds before impact.

Canada loaning millions to proposed Nunavik rare earth mining project linked to Trump White House
Trump official disclosed millions of dollars of shares in Canadian mining company
Amid Prime Minister Mark Carney’s calls that the Canada-U.S. relationship is ruptured, Ottawa has committed $175 million to a mining project in northern Quebec whose major U.S. investor is closely linked to the Trump administration.
Energy and Natural Resources Minister Tim Hodgson says the Carney government’s support for the rare earth mine is necessary to protect Canadian jobs and the economy. "We're doing things that are exceptional because we are in exceptional times," Hodgson told the fifth estate in an interview.
"I'll go back to what the prime minister said: We are in a hinge moment. We are in a rupture. We need to respond to that." The proposed mine is near Lac Brisson in Nunavik, approximately 235 kilometres northeast of Schefferville, Que., on the Labrador border.
