Well, I am not sure who's gonna win today, the nausea or me. I got my teeth pulled yesterday, and my stomach felt like a new stomach for the rest of the day and into the evening.

Then, this morning, I got up, felt OK for a while, and then it hit. Another attack of nausea, but it did not go as far as chucking-up. What do I do now to get rid of this G-d forsaken, rotten, useless, aggravating sick stomach! Maybe I should pull my belly button out, and then if my arse falls off, nothing is holding the stomach in, and the stomach would fall out, and then I could flush them both down the toilet. I only just want to feel normal again.

I guess this year will be remembered as,

Ukraine says Russia drone attack hits Chernobyl nuclear plant, radiation levels normal

A Russian drone struck the former nuclear power plant at Chernobyl in an attack overnight into Friday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said.

The strike hit the concrete shelter that covers the plant’s destroyed former fourth power unit, sparking a fire that was later extinguished, he said. Chernobyl was the site of the 1986 disaster that spread radioactivity across parts of the Soviet Union and Europe.

As an empath, all I feel inside that person's soul is evil or deranged; he hasn't got a soul. It is impenetrable dense darkness. And I would not want ot go into that can of worms for brains. Just evil 👹 👺 👿 on legs. Maybe smart as a fox, but someday his tune will run out, because all that is inside is 💩, and this is Trump's butt buddy.

Good morning, everyone. Here it is 4:30 AM. Took my meds; now I need to fast until after I get my teeth pulled. After which, I believe I will not waste any time occupying the couch recliner. After I got dressed for the day, I sat back down, feeling the nausea was still not far away in the background; I could feel it prowling around like a shadow among the trees in the fog, "Ready to Pounce!"

Other than that, I am more stable than I was yesterday, and I plan to just sit on the couch here and either go back to sleep for a while or mess around on the laptop. The laptop is better than messing with the cell phone, especially for posting news on different social networks, given the slight tremors in my hands from the illness caused by my tooth infection, which makes it more difficult to use the cell phone.

Well, here I am sitting in the corner of the couch, feeling ill again. Today, I am not even getting any breaks between bouts of nausea, and the pills aren't doing much to reduce it. I haven't eaten anything all day, and I pray that there is enough energy left in me to get to the dentist and get the teeth pulled.

The way I feel, I'm not eating or not drinking enough either. That beat-up deflated football I have for a stomach, I don't think I can get through another week like this. From what I have read in Google search results, the pre-existing dental pain and infection should resolve once the source of the infection and pain is removed. Also, after reading more on Google Search, I got a better sense that dentists are exceptionally qualified to treat nausea, so I should feel a little more at ease about it.

Took another nausea pill half an hour ago, it's now 7:00 pm, and I'm still sitting in the corner of the couch with waves of milder nausea. I wish I could find a hole to hide in from all this crap I'm feeling. I am just too weak to write much more. For now, I pray that I survive to be here tomorrow to post a note that all is well. I need a vacation from being ill.

Well, here I am again, hiding in the corner of the couch like a scared mouse. I feel like the corner of the recliner of the sofa is the safest place in the house to curl up in and do nothing because when I did try to do something, I started shaking and feeling weak, afraid to drop something or fall.

If I survive this till *Friday*, which is when I get my teeth extracted, I hope and pray that the damage done by my bad teeth to my digestive and urinary system will reverse itself once the bad teeth are gone. Beyond this point, I can't really say what my status is when I have three beasts inside of me fighting each other. Urinary, bowel movements, and a sick stomach that needs constant attention are like trying to pacify a cranky 3-year-old brat with shitty diapers.

I have seen times where the pain I suffered in the past four years surpassed that of giving birth, or getting gut shot in a FOXHOLE ON THE BATTLEFIELD. I'm an empath, so I know what it feels like to be in a foxhole. I may not own the pain, but I certainly feel every subatomic particle of it through my heart down to soul level. I pray that I can survive this so that I may write about this experience in my blog, with the hope that the information within could be helpful or useful for some other lonely traveler, exploring, scrolling, and searching through the byways of the internet

Each province and territory manages its healthcare system, and each is a mess, with understaffing, hospital and emergency room closures, professional staff going on strike, high burnout rates from long hours, and benefits and administrative processes that differ from province to province. What could go wrong with that mess?

I believe only the Head Honcho, PM Carney, and Parliament have the power to fix it. I think it will work better if it is a federal healthcare plan.

I got up this morning, not quite fully charged. 🪫 Only 56.01% charged, my charger must have gone defunct, ya know, like the Flunky Medonti flunking skydiving class. But I'm feeling about as well as I can remember feeling something that resembles normal. Those fleeting moments, I picture in my mind the time I found a baby field mouse with no fur, shivering from the cold. I put it in one of those old wooden-match matchboxes, stuffed with cotton batting, with the lid half-closed to keep it warm. How comfortable, safe, and protected that little mouse 🐭 must have felt, I thought. I felt like I was the mouse. Empathy.

I wish I could feel like that again, instead of seeing the world through a smog-like haze oozing down around me in drooping, ugly colors. It gets to the point where it's hard to stay in the light; that's scary, one would think, but then I sometimes wish I could find a dark, quiet place to hide from the whole world as I used to when I was younger. I would sit where I felt safe in the bush. I do my best to keep the ability to mentally return there well-honed, as it seems to be the only defence and mode of communication I have with the outside world.

HUMOR: My sense of humor seems to work the best for me. That, and sharing my thoughts and feelings about the latest national and local news, breaking down the information as closely as I can into common parlance. I see humor like the decorations you put on the Christmas tree. I purposely manage to drag it through all of the worlds 🐴 💩 only in an attempt to tickle someone's funny bone and share a smile or a laugh, both of which can be hard to find on the Internet. I also think it's important to pray. My defence is my sense of HUMOR, which I keep honed to fend off that little Red Devil. ⚔️ 👹

Anyway, that's enough about me. There are bigger fish to fry, as they say. Why don't we begin with a couple of flappin' mackerels, eh? 🎏

The New York mayor-elect said that while he does believe Trump is a fascist, he still plans on working with the White House on New Yorkers' behalf.

This news nearly knocked me off my chair when I first heard it, then it dawned on me.

Trump seems to have adopted something peculiar since that meeting. Trump is up to something odd, changing his appearance. Yet for some reason, the media doesn't seem to find it peculiar or important enough to publish.

A new fashion advisor? So now is the time to change the mask and put on a different act. I took my little nausea pill at 5:00 a.m. this morning, with the hope I could stave off the sick stomach ordeal. I thought that if I slept on it for a couple of hours, I would wake up feeling better and avoid wasting the entire morning on stomach garbage. It worked, but it still took an hour and a half before the stomach garbage faded away enough for me to think straight. At least I have enough energy this morning to sit up 🙆 in this chair 🪑 without feeling like I'm made of jelly and going to ooze 🫟 out of it onto the floor.

It feels like my stomach is the city garbage dump, 🔫 🐛 🧪 🫟 🚬 💩 🤮 🧱 🔩 ⚙️ 🧳 🛒 🛍️ 📦 🚯 🚜 and I have rubber legs and could sleep standing up. That's enough about my physical condition; it sucks, and I just pray 🙏 🙏 🙏 I will have enough strength left to get my teeth pulled on Friday. It's always two things or more that attack me.*_

First: in 2021, I got Covid, and GERD was acting up, then followed by a terrible flu on the tail end of the recovery from Covid. Then I got Covid again a second time in the same year, followed by another flu, thank Great Spirit, milder the first time. The last time, last year, was my GERD and appendix, both at the same time. This time, it's the flu, or GERD, not certain which is which anymore.

Now the Gerds possibly still have some flu along with the bad teeth problem, which should be enough to bring down an elephant, maybe a whole herd of them. None of it is contagious; it's all screwed up innards. Like somebody held a few boxing matches in there, and I got more collateral damage than the boxers. I don't really know the status of what my recovery will be, IF THERE IS EVER AN END TO THIS 💩 💩 💩 I pray it ends with the teeth, or I honestly don't want to see another day of 👹 🔥 Hell like this. Thank you for reading, and for allowing me to VENT! I needed it, and I feel better. At least now I feel like I had a chance to, in my imagination, grab that Little Red Butthole Devil by the legs and beat him against a concrete wall a couple of dozen times!

But like any ordinary human beings back then, and now, we are not perfect beings, and many ancient texts were mistranslated and thus remain controversial.

There’s no shortage of beef in southern Alberta, but food banks around Lethbridge are looking for help covering the costs of turning donated cattle into meat they can dish out to clients.

Counties across the province this week endorsed a call for the Alberta government to restart a short-lived pilot program from 2014 that covered the associated costs of butchering, inspecting and packaging thousands of packs of hamburger given to food bank clients. During the provincial pilot, meant to develop a business case for the model, Lethbridge-area ranchers delivered 130 animals, resulting in nearly 17,700 kilograms of ground beef for four food banks in southwest Alberta.
