Good morning! Well, it's good, I guess, if you're a duck, a frog, or a fish, with temps cool enough so even the birds are wearing raincoats and rubber boots. Seriously, one still needs to wear a coat in this grey, cool, damp weather and rain. Boooring!

GRIPE OR GRATITUDE

OH, STOP YOUR GRIPIN' ALREADY!

🌸~ MY GRIPE, PRAYER, AND GRATITUDE ~🌺

Before I begin my usual morning delivery, I just wish to reminisce a bit about my Dad and how much Mark Carney reminds me of him.

Listening to Mark Carney's speeches, how he explains what we only see from "The Maybe" position! Surprisingly, turns out to be in reality.

His thinking and policies are a breath of fresh air, instead of all the air sandwiches 🥪 we have been given in the past few years that we never hear about again, or that turn out to be the reverse.

This man, Mark Carney, is probably the most prepared, capable, and effective prime minister we have had to lead our nation and represent Canada on the world stage since Pierre Elliott Trudeau.

Back then, I didn't follow politics closely, but I will always have Pierre Elliott Trudeau and, in America, John F. Kennedy in my heart,

Now, as of today, March 21, 2026, we, the people of Canada, have this man Mark Carney, dedicated to his country and its people, like we were a family, or so it feels like to me when I listen to him speak. When I watch him stand behind the lectern, he reminds me very much of my own father. A businessman, my Dad managed Pine Land Timber Co., the biggest lumber company in Canada, back in the late 50's and early 60's.

Standing behind a lectern, Carney's profile closely matches my Dad's profile. It's like seeing my Dad alive and in action again. They could be brothers if you stood them side by side. My Dad, like Mark Carney, was friendly but poker-faced, standing with a confident posture and delivering eloquent, to-the-point speeches that any layman could understand. And if Dad didn't have the answer, he would always tell his clients, "I don't have the answer for that right now, but I'll have it for you by the morning." I miss my Dad, and I pray for Mark Carney's success. It's the success of our nation doing its part in the post-Trump world.

-**🙏 ~ PRAYER ~ 🙏**-

_*Let us all take a moment to send prayers and meditation to the Higher Power of Our Understanding to protect our Prime Minister of Canada from harm, and may he be guided to be successful in his endeavors. AMEN!*_

BREAKING NEWS:

Inside Trump’s most difficult war decision yet: whether to put boots on the ground in Iran

In near-daily briefings with top military officials at the White House, President Donald Trump has reviewed options that include sending American troops into Iran.

The decision whether to go ahead is perhaps his most difficult of the war since US strikes began February 28. For many Trump allies in Washington, the deployment of thousands of US troops to the Middle East would mean the swift end of their public support for the war— and likely threaten the administration’s ability to deliver the hundreds of billions of dollars in supplemental funding the White House will soon seek.

But for Trump, fully realizing his objectives and mitigating the war’s fallout could require sending in American troops, a legacy-defining endeavor the president — while not ruling it out — tried to downplay this week...

Alex Jones’ Infowars is shutting down, but his disinformation legacy lives on

Only after Trump leaves the stage, and the MAGA movement fades with him, will Infowars truly be gone.

When Alex Jones announced the death of his Infowars business earlier this month, you had to strain to hear him because he kept slurring his words. “We’re getting shut down,” Jones told fellow pro-Trump influencer Tim Pool on March 12. “We’ve beaten so many attacks. But now we’re shutting down in the middle of next month.”

For critics of Jones and the MAGA movement he had a hand in building, hearing him announce the end of his site might seem like cause for celebration. That would be dangerously naive. Jones’ influence is everywhere, as the U.S. finds itself roiled by the very conspiracy theories he turned into a multimillion-dollar business after starting Infowars on public access TV in 1999...

• The ranks of officials around Trump are now partially composed of Jones-influenced conspiracists, governing on baseless stories about antifa, vaccines and shadowy cabals.

• Only after Trump leaves the stage, and the MAGA movement fades with him, will Infowars truly be gone.

Europe is eyeing France's nuclear shield. Should Canada follow?

French deterrence in North America would risk inflaming tensions with Washington

A very quiet queue has formed in Europe where some of Canada's long-standing, closest allies are seeking shelter under France's small but robust nuclear umbrella.

The initiative of French President Emmanuel Macron, who declared the next 50 years to be the "era of nuclear weapons," is — on paper — intended to add another layer of deterrence to NATO's American-backed security guarantees. Once again — on paper — Russia is the adversary that needs deterring...

González Barrios lives in a one-bedroom home in Havana's Buena Vista neighbourhood with her 17-year-old husband, a daughter aged one and a half, a six-month-old son and her grandmother. Well, here it is, Friday the 20th of March. No, it's not the Ides of March. That was five days ago. For me, it's "The Id of March!", and I got lots of Id but not too much marching 😁 In my imagination, the long dark-haired Id in me stands up on her soap box, picks up the microphone and makes an ugly freckled face, sticking out her tongue and blowing out a shower of spit at the camera directed in all due disrespect to our loathsome Kink in the (‿ˠ‿) Trumpo The Typo." Heil Trumpo! Blessed be his holy diaper, Amen!" You little piece of 💩Tin Can god. 🥫 🤣

It is another cloudy, grey, boring weather day, although it's supposed to get warmer after today, sometime ... I hope, before next year. I call this time of year, like for most, it's the guess what season? or *the sagging jetstream. I call it the three S's, the *Sagging Scrotum Season.* Affects mostly the macho males. 🥴 what a messed-up population of assorted, mentally disturbed variety of peeps, or better known as nutcases in many circles of society today. As I mentioned in another post, like scum is floating on the surface of a lake. Or like termite.

These Termites are coming out of the woodwork every day, coming out of the decaying logs of your termite-infested log cabin. SOMEONE CALL PEST CONTROL PLEASE! Or Ghostbusters! ... do they do termites? What about the SCUM? Let's make it ghost scum, then Ghostbusters will come to the rescue. "I'm afeered, Ma, there ain't no cavalry a-comin' to the rescue in this movie."

VICTORY AND FAILURE

You lost the victory when you had the chance. Now, all that's left, like the Titanic, are more survivors than there are lifeboats left. The Orange Pus Kink made sure of that. The Captain ordered most of the lifeboats to be discarded before they hit the iceberg.

Then, We, the People's hands were tied behind our backs, allowing the Orange Kink of Pus Bags to kick our butts. Now, what the Kink doesn't realize is that the shoe will fit our feet as well. It's time to kick some butt!

Failure is a Prerequisite for Success: Rather than being the opposite of success, failure is often a necessary component, providing valuable data and lessons that build new neural pathways and strengthen resilience.

The "Fail Forward" Mentality: Success is often described as going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm. Or Hope Embracing failures as learning opportunities allows individuals to grow, while seeing them as temporary setbacks - not permanent defeats - is critical.

How does the Iran war end? Lawmakers say the answer isn’t so easy.

Republicans say the war will end when Trump declares victory. But Iran will have a say over the conclusion, too.

As the war in Iran approaches the three-week mark with no end in sight, lawmakers on Capitol Hill are at odds over one key matter: How will this end?

“That’s a loaded question,” Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Miss., the chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, told MS NOW. “That’s a question that doesn’t lend itself to a quick answer in the hallway,” Wicker said. “So I defer on that … I think it’s going to end well.”

• Most Republicans are fine with that.

Canadian company helping white supremacists fundraise from hateful livestreams

Website allows viewers to donate directly to creators of racist, antisemitic content

WARNING: The following story contains mature subject matter, including racist and hateful imagery.

An investigation by the fifth estate has found the website known as Entropy, which launched in Calgary, is in fact a safe haven for white supremacists and other extremists seeking to monetize the hateful content they livestream to online audiences.

Within two years after it launched in 2019, Entropy processed more than $3 million in transactions and experts say it has since grown to become an essential service for dozens of neo-Nazis and white supremacists. Many creators have found a home on the Canadian platform after being kicked off and blocked from making money on mainstream platforms such as YouTube for posting antisemitic and racist content that violates the streaming giant’s terms of service.

Jeff Tischauser, an analyst at the Southern Poverty Law Center, a U.S-based civil rights non-profit organization, is responsible for monitoring 160 of the hundreds of hate groups across the U.S. and says about half of them use Entropy to fundraise and solicit donations.

"They're making money off of intimidating people. They're making money off trying to provoke and harass people," said Tischauser. "They've travelled abroad to bring their hatred to Holocaust sites. They're able to do that because of the money that they are making off Entropy." ...

- Question: Riots are the language of the unheard quote -
🔹AI Overview

If you don't like what's happening in the country, you only have two choices: resist or lump it. I don't mean resist it with violence 🤜💥🤛 I mean more like ... How about a country-wide shutdown where everyone, from the floor sweep at the nuclear facility to the neighborhood mom and pop store; from the top engineer and the CEO of a small company to multinational corporations, all the way down and up, or should I say up at the top management at the underground level, to the "spooks" like at Area 51 and stuff like that. They don't like getting much attention. I can imagine it would be like petting a cat backward 🐱

Can you imagine how frazzled those cats down there in the catacombs would be ... They're also very much connected with the above-ground level. I have to believe this; it is hope. As for factual, no. Just suspicions from years of researching such topics, and an educated gut-hunch 😉

For sure, the Great Spirit creates miracles, and many of them are through the hands of peeps like you and me. Here, I pray there are still such peeps left in control to restore sanity to our government.

If there is one of the aforementioned that has anything resembling a heart, join the rest of us peeps. Get stocked up on munchies, beer, and other beverages, and

WE, The People, Will Have A Party!

Then sit on our butts and do nothing except eat a baloney sandwich and drink a bottle of Coca-Cola while listening to Men Without Hats

sitting in front of the boob tube for the whole day, watching cartoons and soap operas 😵‍💫👹🤡👽🤖🐰🦄🍄| 🫂👁️👀🙅‍♂️🙅‍♀️ I got lots of soggy potato chips, beer, and ice cream, have some. Anyone want some whiskey? 🥪🍨🍺🍾🍷🥃🍹🫟🪣

And then you threaten to do the same the next day, too, more baloney sandwiches plese! 🥪

In this case, on this topic today, I would like to say that this song is more suitable for the occasion. It can be a better world if we it can be. "BELIEVE!"

🔹AI Overview

A gut hunch is a strong, intuitive feeling or suspicion that something is true, likely to happen, or wrong, without conscious reasoning or evidence. Often called a "gut feeling," this immediate, non-rational reaction is thought to stem from subconscious pattern recognition, where the brain processes past experiences and environmental cues faster than conscious thought.

Energy prices soar as attacks on Middle East gas facilities escalate

Trump threatens to "blow up" world's largest gas field, as Israeli strikes spark Iranian retaliation and fears of further economic shocks

Here's The Latest:

Energy prices spike: Brent crude, the global oil benchmark, hit $115 a barrel this morning after Israeli strikes sparked Iranian retaliation on energy infrastructure across the Middle East, including on Qatar's critical liquefied natural gas hub Ras Laffan.

Intel hearing: Iran "maintained the intention" to rebuild nuclear enrichment, US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard told lawmakers today. Her prepared remarks yesterday said that such capabilities had been "obliterated" last year. She also said the objectives laid out by the US and Israeli governments for the war "are different."

Largest gas field: US President Donald Trump said the US "knew nothing" about Israel's plan to strike the South Pars field in Iran, but sources have told CNN that the US was aware of it. Trump threatened to "blow up" the gas field if Tehran keeps up its attacks on Qatar.

Diplomatic showdown: Saudi Arabia told CNN it "reserved the right to take military action" against Tehran, while Qatar expelled Iran's military and security attachés.

Question: IS SENILITY RELATED TO SCHADENFREUDE & PYROMANIA?

"Senility"—now more accurately referred to as dementia or major neurocognitive disorder—is not directly caused by or a direct cause of schadenfreude or pyromania. However, the neurodegenerative processes associated with dementia (e.g., Alzheimer's, behavioral variant frontotemporal dementia) can lead to personality changes, reduced empathy, poor impulse control, and emotional regulation issues, which may manifest as behaviors similar to schadenfreude or, in rare cases, impulsive firesetting.

HERE IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN FAMILIES GET SEPARATED BY ICE

And then they ask why Canadians are not crossing the border? You might wake up in Tierra del Fuego.

'Americans at heart': ICE detains DACA recipient on way to visit premature baby in NICU

Juan Chavez Velasco's case reflects a growing pattern:

The Trump administration is targeting Dreamers who once believed DACA shielded them — and letting their renewals expire unanswered.

Twelve days after his youngest daughter was born prematurely, Juan Chavez Velasco was on his way to deliver milk to her hospital room — still in his own neighborhood in Weslaco, Texas — when immigration agents pulled in front of his car. His wife, Stephanie Villarreal, 32, was on the phone with him and heard the agents yell at him to get out of the vehicle.

"I immediately became really panicked," she said in an interview with -MS NOW-. He told them he had children. He told them he had a wife. He told them he had DACA. He remembers their response.

“They said, ‘That doesn’t matter,’” Chavez Velasco recalled.

Chavez Velasco, 35, was taken into custody and transported to a detention center in Laredo, leaving behind a U.S.-citizen wife and three U.S.-citizen children, the youngest of whom was in an isolation chamber in the neonatal intensive care unit. “I never got to hold her” before being taken away, he said in a phone interview from the Webb County Detention Center...

Data provided by DHS to congressional Democrats shows that between Jan. 1 and Sept. 28 of last year, 270 DACA recipients were arrested and 174 were deported.

This week, Villarreal brought their son Damien to see Juan for the first time since his detention. They hadn’t told him the full truth about where his father was. But sitting on the other side of the glass barrier, Damien began to cry.

Trump’s pick to lead DHS faces questions about his temperament at Senate hearing

At a separate hearing, administration intelligence officials are testifying about the Annual Threat Assessment.

What We're Covering:

Too soon to assess conflict's impact on Canadian economy, says governing council

The Bank of Canada held its key interest rate at 2.25 per cent on Wednesday, saying that higher oil and gas prices from the war in the Middle East are likely to boost global inflation, but that it's too soon to assess the conflict's impact on the Canadian economy.

The war in Iran has added "a new layer of uncertainty" and Canada is facing more volatility, said Bank of Canada governor Tiff Macklem during a press conference in Ottawa...

The threat to oil and gas infrastructure resembled other attack warnings put out by Iran during the war, copying the style used by the Israeli military. Iran specifically threatened Saudi Arabia’s Samref Refinery and its Jubail Petrochemical Complex.

It also threatened the U.A.E.’s Al Hasan Gas Field and the petrochemical plants and a refinery in Qatar...
