Life is like playing dice. Once you choose to play, you roll the dice and make your move, or you hold 'em; it's up to you. You no longer have the option once you roll 'em.

Anyone who takes to heart when they hear someone else say they lost The Game will also lose The Game. It's called *casting doubt.* Allow a negative distraction or doubt to influence your thinking, and indeed, you will never win The Game. It has to be positive thinking all the way; don't even stop to inspect the rope; just keep climbing.

The world is filled with peril and tortured souls, dark forms hiding in a darkened alleyway, under a tree, in the backseat of a car, in a dumpster, or behind the dumpster. Some are lucky if they have a tent. On the street, there is no trusting anyone; it is only through solitude that you feel safe. How can you play the survival game in a world of despair, confusion, and fear?

There are dark places that even the damned would not tread. In a place of suffering from deeper wounds, none is more profound than that of the plaintive mourning from the depth of the soul.

But as imperfect as this world is, when it is hard to see what is beautiful, its beauty is hidden behind the dark curtain of doubt.

Although much remains fair and good in the world, it is difficult to see its beauty, like watching the rising sun, but when it is hiding behind the heavy storm clouds on the horizon—storm clouds of dysfunction, conspiracies, and lies.

Listen to your heart. Don't allow doubt into it.

Good morning, everyone! Well, what do you know? It's sunny!🌞My green space looks a lot more inviting now that there is no snow on it and the sun is shining. At least now I know I can keep it green all winter with some sweeping and a little shoveling. I like looking out there and seeing it green; it's so much more welcoming and cozy looking.🏡

Accuweather: says the temperatures are between 37°F and 45°F, with a mixture of clouds, sun, and rain. That's good. The forecast indicates there will be no further snow. Good yukking riddance!

MY PRAYER TODAY is for everything to go back to normal again;

At least to be as normal as we hoped to be. Enjoy a walk in the park, have a barbeque on the balcony in my green space, drive around the countryside, or go out on short road trips. Not only go to visit my sister in Barrie but see different places, and there are a lot of them in northern Ontario during the warm months.

I haven't been on a good road trip or out for daily walks since COVID-19 hit. I have been sick in bed most of the time every summer since that dumb, dumb bug until I discovered I was getting the bugs from my doctor's office. Great, see a doctor to get sick. This time, I am NOT going to go for any appointments unless I check in with the doctor's office to get first in appointments and avoid everybody else's bugs, big ->. That's it

Being Civilized:

Part 1: They are civilized people. They care about their fellow humans, and they have compassion, love, and empathy for them. They take care of other people and make sure they have food, shelter, medical care, and clothing, the first four basic needs required for survival.

Part 2: Continuing to work on getting people off the street through recovery programs, "not putting more out on the street!"

We need more drug and alcohol recovery programs, job placement, training, and retention programs. Many of the people out there in tents are not there voluntarily; NOT ALL OF THEM want to be on the street.

The people who LOST THEIR JOBS have no money in their bank account, and without money to get around, it's hard to get a job, especially if you are just off the street and maybe don't have all the proper credentials to get a decent job. These people need help, NOT THROWN IN JAIL for vagrancy. Some of those people living in tents have entire families, mothers, and kids. What about the kids? Shall we build small jails with small rooms with a crib in them for the toddlers?

There has always been unrest, and as the Bible says, there will be wars and rumors of wars. I am just getting so sick of those right-wingers; I would have to say that at least half the US citizens must be Schizophrenic Psychopaths. They voted for him, didn't they? Because they voted for a Schizophrenic Psychopath, he sees them as expendable in his plan to gain all the power he can. If they don't soon wake up, they will be the boiled frog in the pot. They're already in the pot, and the heat is on.

In an unprecedented purge of the military’s senior leadership Friday night, President Donald Trump fired the top US general just moments before his defense secretary fired the chief of the US Navy and the vice chief of the Air Force.

Trump announced he was dismissing Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Charles Q. Brown and replacing him with Air Force Lt. Gen. John Dan “Razin” Caine – an extraordinary move since Caine is retired, according to an Air Force official, and is not a four-star general.

Trump called Brown a “fine gentleman” and an “outstanding leader,” while hinting at the firings to come. “Finally, I have also directed Secretary [of Defense Pete] Hegseth to solicit nominations for five additional high-level positions, which will be announced soon,” he wrote on his Truth Social platform.

Hamas has handed over final living hostages to be released under first phase of Gaza ceasefire

Hamas released six hostages from Gaza on Saturday, handing over the final living captives whom the warring sides agreed would be freed when a ceasefire began last month. Israel is due to release about 600 Palestinian detainees in exchange.

The first two hostages to be released, Tal Shoham, 40, and Avera Mengistu, 38, were turned over to Red Cross officials in the southern Gaza city of Rafah. Shoham was kidnapped from kibbutz Be’eri, along with his two children, wife, and mother-in-law, all of whom were released in November 2023. Mengistu, an Israeli from Ashkelon, crossed into Gaza in 2014.

Officials say Ukraine now producing well over 1 million drones per year

Ukraine has honed its army of drones to the point where these tools have become one of its most potent weapons in fighting back against Russia's full-scale invasion of its borders.

"Right now, the situation on the battlefield is really dependent on drones, and they are responsible for a very significant percentage of the kills on the battlefield," Mykhailo Fedorov, the vice-prime minister of innovation, told CBC News via a translator.

How significant? A recent report from two research fellows at the London-based Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) suggests Ukraine's attack drones now account for the majority of Russian losses on the battlefield — and they can be especially lethal when paired with artillery...
