Well, folks, it's another grey day with a threat of 4 to 5 inches of snow.
I have never been so sick and tired of winter as I have this year, even in St. Catharines, where it will be an average of 10°F all next week, although there is little snow accumulation. So it's clouds and cold until Thursday, when the sun is supposed to peek out, and the temperatures are going up to 28°F. Today, it is 37°F.

It's like a smorgasbord: You pick your virus, and the bacteria comes with salt and ketchup in a cup of viral infection. I have never liked waiting rooms, and even less since Covid 19. I brought that dam--d bug home three times that way. It appears to be at its worst from mid-fall until about the end of March.
Unless you are seriously ill, I would strongly suggest that you bypass the waiting rooms if possible. One option that I have adopted is to make an appointment so I am the first one to come into the clinic before there is anyone there to bring any fresh bugs into it.
I have all the shots required, and I do not go out to places that are crowded with coughing people who don't have the courtesy, or it's just plain ignorance of not wearing masks in public, even when they are sick.
I do not much care for ignorant people, especially those who are sick and don't have the courtesy or care to take precautions for the safety of the other people around them, just BECAUSE they don't like wearing masks. Arse-picks!
I don't like masks either, but they are way better than coming down with one of those butt-killing bugs.
Thank you for listening to my rant-warning, dancing a little jig in a cloud of dust, and crying aloud Quack! Quack! Quack! It's Donald Duck fighting with a bug in a rug, wielding a machete!

Traje ese maldito bicho a casa tres veces de esa manera. Parece estar en su peor momento desde mediados de otoño hasta finales de marzo.
A menos que estés gravemente enfermo, te recomiendo encarecidamente que evites las salas de espera si es posible. Una opción que he adoptado es pedir cita para ser el primero en llegar a la clínica antes de que haya alguien allí que pueda traer virus nuevos.
Tengo todas las vacunas necesarias y no voy a lugares llenos de gente que tose y que no tiene la cortesía, o simplemente es pura ignorancia, de no usar mascarillas en público, incluso cuando están enfermos.
No me gustan mucho las personas ignorantes, especialmente aquellas que están enfermas y no tienen la cortesía o el cuidado de tomar precauciones para la seguridad de las demás personas que las rodean, solo PORQUE no les gusta usar mascarillas. ¡Qué tontería!
A mí tampoco me gustan las mascarillas, pero son mucho mejores que contraer uno de esos virus que matan el trasero.
Gracias por escuchar mi advertencia de despotricar, bailar un poco en una nube de polvo y gritar a viva voz ¡Cuac! ¡Cuac! ¡Cuac! ¡Es el Pato Donald peleando con un insecto en una alfombra, blandiendo un machete!
