Hi everyone, the weather is not really conducive to my liking today, but I am alive and well and can croak my way through the day. Well, I'm a frog, am I not? That's what the kids used to call me when I started my first English classes in public school. My mom and I were frogs, French Canadians. "Croak!"

How Do You Get People to Participate in a Group?
I was looking back at the Tree House News articles I posted on Quora. I get upvotes, and they're as scarce as finding cavities in a hen's teeth, but they also indicate someone got interested. There's also the weekly report, which has 21 followers.
In X, it's up and down anywhere from 2 to 34 views, depending on how long it has been up for viewing.
Lately, Here at Facebook, for some unknown reason, the post reach has nose-dived to getting more like the upvotes on Quora. Like picking out cavities in hens' teeth again. Where I used to get anywhere from 10 to 50 some, post reach, now down to 1 or 2. It doesn't bother me so much if no one wants to get involved; that is your choice, but I do have the option for anonymous comments to my entries TURNED ON in the group.
Otherwise, it is open for anyone to read; I get a *POST REACH* at least, for each read, without giving away your ID. At least this way, I can tell if there is any interest or not in what I am writing.
At least an upvote means someone read something of interest to them. That's a compliment or courtesy; regardless of whether the person reading it thought it was brilliant or dumb, at least it got someone's attention. I have requested conversation and debate on any topics on both Quora and X, and I offer the same here if you desire to participate. Or just take the time to look around the group; you may find something in there that resonates with you.
I may sound like the barnyard dog, but I only bark; I don't bite. If need be, I have learned how to build a mental wall, as well as have the open mind of an empath and a student of human behavior and moods.
I am also a student of the scientific and spiritual side of things. If push gets to shove in a conversation, there's always the delete or ban button.
Please keep hitting the upvote button arrow and the like button, or just read the article; view my quotes, stories, feelings, opinions, and thoughts, and feel free to share yours if you wish. Thank you for the courtesy of dropping by; however, briefly.
