Land of the Whispering Pines
Good morning, folks. I believe it's going to be a potty day, but otherwise, I am feeling somewhat relieved. The sun is up, and it's a little cooler out in my green space this morning, but I believe it will be nice for most of the day. Usually, we get abundant sunshine here, even in the winter. November is gloomy, January is our worst month, and March is generally the gloomy time again, with winds, clouds, wet and cold. Everywhere in Canada, it seems March is consistently foul weather.

To live that life again, I'm thinking back on the days of my truck and camper parked on the beach where I was dancing and kicking up sand, chasing each other in the water, splashing, screaming in delight, like there was never going to be a tomorrow.
*"That's life!"*
*Don't waste it!* Do what you must do, but don't forget to also fill it with something that will make your heart sing with the feeling of having lived a fulfilled life.

Pray or meditate that the storms be diverted to where the moisture is needed.

Volvo, Shell, Air New Zealand among companies that have abandoned environmental pledges
In what is becoming something of a trend, a number of companies are abandoning their carbon emissions targets — in a year scientists have determined is likely to end up being the hottest on record.
Earlier this month, Volvo announced it was dropping its goal of having a fully electric lineup of vehicles by 2030.
In the summer, Air New Zealand said it was abandoning a pledge to reduce its emissions by about 29 percent by 2030.
