TREE HOUSE NEWS 🏡
Land of Whispering Pines 🌲
Good morning! May the Great Spirit bless you 🙏
Another smoky morning, and I'm feeling like I drank too much whiskey. Honestly, for a while, I didn't know if I was on foot or horseback. Things start swaying, and I sit down on the couch. Twice! Before I could get my bearings as to where due south-west was to the kitchen, I stood up, feeling like I weighed a ton, then I shuffled my way in that direction to make the coffee. After my usual cereal, I sat down and sipped my coffee, then I began to feel like the whiskey venom in me was being slowly drained away, like letting the air out of a balloon. Very similar to the experience I had the other day.
TODAY'S DISCUSSION:
SELF CONSCIOUSNESS
Leaving is the hard part, especially if you don't know the destination. But once you surrender and relax, let go and let your heart guide you to the right train to get on. **Simple as that!** I have already been at the gate twice. As Mom would have said, not bad enough to go to hell but not good enough to go to heaven, so you will live forever.😂
So, at my age and with the wisdom and experience I have accumulated since the beginning of my conscious self-awareness, much of which I kept under wraps for fear of ridicule. I know who I am. In studying quantum physics, I came to understand that there must be something that creates something, in the simplest terms, a ∞ cycle, an infinite continuation. EVOLUTION of consciousness, but that is another topic we have already covered.

Self-consciousness and fear:
Self-consciousness and fear are closely intertwined, as the feeling of being self-conscious often arises from a fear of judgment or negative evaluation by others. This heightened awareness of oneself, particularly in social situations, can lead to anxiety and a reluctance to engage fully in activities or interactions. While some level of self-consciousness is normal, excessive self-consciousness can become a problem, potentially leading to social anxiety and hindering personal growth.

"Self-conscious inner knowing":
"Self-conscious inner knowing" refers to the ability to be aware of one's own thoughts, feelings, and motivations, often with a focus on understanding oneself and how one is perceived by others. It involves both introspection (looking inward) and observation of one's own actions and reactions in different situations. This self-awareness can lead to a deeper understanding of one's values, purpose, and place in the world.
Several different ways can go wrong in decision-making, but I can think of at least six. This will suffice for now. The six different ways to go wrong are: what you *think* is the good way, the bad way, by indecision, the contrary decision, the clueless mind, or as a dunce, who is the lowest on the ladder of psychological evolution; I call them knuckle draggers.
It seems that in America, the dunces and knuckle draggers have taken over. I fall in the undecided category, which led me to many mistakes, and the learning was a very bumpy ride. I have also experienced excruciating pain, which was no less than getting gut shot in a foxhole on a battlefield. Twice! The four-way bypass surgery and the appendix last year, along with GERD.
I should be eligible for a Purple Heart if I were in the Forces. And **Trumpo** gets off with bone spurs. May the fat Orange Cockroach 🪳 get a lot of 💩 diarrhea in his diaper, and he is welcome to have my sick GERD stomach too. Thank you, a gift from me, arse pick. The last time I added that in my prayers, my stomach has been doing much better, thank you. At least as far as I know, it's not against the law in Canada to practice Wika witchcraft.

Wicca is a modern Pagan religion with roots in Western esotericism and pre-Christian European traditions, often associated with witchcraft. While Wicca is a specific religion, witchcraft is a broader term encompassing various magical practices, some of which are incorporated into Wicca. Wiccans typically identify as witches and often worship a Goddess and a God, emphasizing nature and cycles of life and death.

Trump-Putin meeting could take place next week, top Kremlin aide says
A meeting between Donald Trump and Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin could take place as early as next week, a top Kremlin aide said Thursday, as the US president’s deadline for Moscow to show progress in ending its war in Ukraine looms.
Preparations for the meeting are already underway, and although it was “difficult to say” how long they will take, the goal is for the meeting to take place next week, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said, according to Russian state media RIA Novosti. If the meeting does go ahead, it would be the first held between the leaders of the two countries since 2021, when Putin met former President Joe Biden in Geneva, Switzerland. Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022...

Costco customers shocked after someone drains all the funds from their gift cards
Costco isn't saying much about what happened but has told some customers fraudsters may be to blame
A number of Costco digital gift card customers are reporting that their cards have been mysteriously drained of all their money. The big-box retailer has offered few details about what happened, and some affected customers, like Shelly Xu of Perth, Ont., are still struggling to get a refund.
Xu says, in late June, she discovered roughly $200 missing from her Costco gift card, called a Shop card. "[I] checked my balance and was shocked to find that there were zero dollars on there," she said. "I was very upset." Xu regularly uses Shop cards, because the big box retailer doesn't accept her Visa credit card...

Ottawa upholds CRTC ruling on wholesale internet access to 'allow for more competition'
Bell, Rogers, some smaller providers argued against policy, with Telus in favour of it.
Ottawa says it will uphold a ruling by Canada's telecommunications regulator allowing the country's largest internet companies to provide service to customers using fibre networks built by their rivals — as long as they do so outside their core regions. Industry Minister Melanie Joly said in a statement Wednesday evening that the CRTC's policy "will immediately allow for more competition on existing networks for high-speed internet services across the country."
"Their decision to uphold the mandatory wholesale access framework was based on extensive consultation with experts, the Competition Bureau, and over 300 public submissions," Joly said in the statement, posted on X...
Bell, Rogers called on Ottawa to overturn earlier ruling
Bell, along with Rogers and the Canadian Telecommunications Association, had called for the federal government to overturn the regulator's decision.
