Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan want to study feasibility of west-east pipeline

Premiers say a pipeline would connect western oil and gas to Ontario ports, refineries, boost self-reliance

The government of Ontario, working with Alberta and Saskatchewan, wants to explore the feasibility of a new west-east pipeline to bring western oil and gas to southern Ontario refineries and ports. Ontario issued a request for proposals to conduct a study "exploring options for establishing a new economic and energy corridor" between the provinces, according to a government news release Thursday.

"By advancing a Canadian energy corridor from Alberta to Ontario, we are securing long-term energy access for families and businesses, creating thousands of jobs, and opening new doors for trade and investment, while strengthening our position as a global energy leader," said Alberta Premier Danielle Smith in the news release. "This corridor will help get Alberta's responsibly produced energy to markets across Canada and around the world."

Land of Whispering Pines 🌲

Good morning! May the Great Spirit bless you 🙏

Well, it is a beautiful, sunny morning again, but we could use some rain today. We're in a low-pressure weather system, which should mean a lot of moisture and rain. They're not calling for anything until about this coming Wednesday. That's scary. The Niagara Peninsula is one of the few other fruit belts in Canada outside of the Okanagan Valley, which is not doing much better with the dry weather and forest fires.

Funny that I should be thinking about quantum mechanics 🎇 and the continuity of subatomic particle collisions 🎆. What would be the chance of that happening, and how often is it repeated, and what would be the reaction? For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, like an explosion. Did anyone ever think about what if it is an implosion? "POOF" gone! Sucked in! However, the information is never lost; it is stored on the timeline in the Continuum. Regardless of its location within the Continuum, a packet of information cannot be erased once it has been generated or programmed. "Created!" if you wish.

Quantum Mechanics:

Quantum mechanics is the fundamental physical theory that describes the behavior of matter and of light; its unusual characteristics typically occur at and below the scale of atoms.[2]: 1.1 It is the foundation of all quantum physics, which includes quantum chemistry, quantum field theory, quantum technology, and quantum information science.

Quantum encoded information:

information using the principles of quantum mechanics. Essentially, it's the bridge between the classical world we understand and the quantum world.

In quantum physics, information is:

In quantum physics, information is fundamentally conserved; it cannot be created or destroyed. This principle is rooted in the no-hiding theorem, which states that if information seems to disappear from a system, it's actually transferred to the environment and remains encoded in correlations between the system and its surroundings. This conservation is a direct consequence of the linearity and unitarity of quantum mechanics.

And Kink Ignoramous Trump wants to erase all this knowledge, The Ignorant KNUCKLE DRAGGER! 🦧 Give me five minutes with the idiot, and I can outtalk him in twaddle talk so fast it would spin his ugly sourpuss orange head right off his shoulders with the "does not compute!" 🤖 🔩 ⚙️ Enough of that for today.

I rest my case 🤷‍♀️ 🛏 💼

Land of Whispering Pines 🌲

Good morning! May the Great Spirit bless you 🙏

It was once again one of those I drank too much whiskey feelings this morning. It started when I got up almost two hours later than usual and felt like I weighed a ton. But it didn't last as long. I sat on the couch idly scrolling through my phone till it subsided enough to carry on with my day.

After cereal time, I went out to my green space with my coffee to sit and relax in nature for a while. I noticed the sky was less smoky, so I made the sign of the cross and said a silent prayer for the fires to be put out and for all the people who would be without homes come autumn.

TODAY'S PRAYER OFFERING 🙏

Let us all take a moment for prayer and meditation. Thank you. There can never be enough prayers to cover all the world's ailments. Begin by sending it to those you know in any of those places under the thumb of evil and corruption. Now it seems that the regime is legalizing pedophilia, labor camps, death camps, and genocide, and that's just for starters! Amen!

🙇‍♀️Thank you for your thoughts, prayers, and meditation.🙇‍♀️

Let Us WE The PPEOPLE

VIVE LA RESISTANCE ✊!

It has arrived. The Far Right is now a Nazi regime, which was made quite official on Monday Night by Rachel Maddow. America has fallen to a NAZI REGIME.

Remember THE UNDERGROUND RAILWAY, it would also make for a good line of defence and strategic communications for the *RESISTANCE* if it goes, and it HAS gone that way. We in Canada will need a line of defence to keep the revenge squad, the Trump Dunce cadets, from crossing into Canada.

TODAY'S DISCUSSION:

WHAT IS CANADA DOING

Canada is going to have to learn to unzip their Federal purse strings more if it desires to survive the Nazi Regime south of the border. At this point, I would say "F" the numerical system used for a national debt, imaginary astronomical ∞ numbers, or a number that a human being couldn't count in a lifetime if they started at the age of six months old to 166 years old with an AI automation calculator. Not to mention that living souls cannot be compared or made comparable to the price of a bushel basket of pieces of green paper. Even a bushel basket of lettuce is worth more than those reched pieces of green paper. A Nazi can do that; To them, we are just numbers. They are certainly not human with humane values, empathy, and reasoning.

Canada is progressing to a new chapter in their historical programming without too much counterpressure from other provinces.

So far!

Canada's border reinforcement and watchtowers are now referred to as drones. Some of those drones actually fire real ammunition. Drone factories in Canada? YOU BET!

There is certainly no shortage of empty factories that could be renovated for the purpose. Poetic Justice, we can thank the Orange Puss Bag for the empty factories. That, and with the 5% shot in the arm for the Armed Forces, which will mean more construction and manufacturing of our metals for shipbuilding and other military equipment. Additionally, they are seriously considering the idea of producing Canadian-made cars, with all the parts and microchips manufactured in Canada. Also in the development stage of Geothermo and Atomic Fusion. Necessity is the mother of invention, intervention, and diversification.

That's about it for the discussion of the day, and the recap on what Canada is proposing and doing thus far. I never know what I'm going to write for the news, but there's always something brewing in that kettle upstairs. 🫖

“All of these actions, with a potential to wipe Palestine completely off the map, are unacceptable and contrary to international law, United Nations resolutions and the decisions of the International Court of Justice. They also pose a major risk to the Israeli hostages still being held,” he said.

Canada's economy shed over 40,000 jobs in July, partly offsetting earlier growth

June numbers surprised economists with robust employment gains

The Canadian economy lost more than 40,000 jobs in July, sinking the share of people employed to an eight-month low, Statistics Canada reported on Friday, as the labour market gave back substantial gains seen in June.

The unemployment rate, however, remained steady but at a multi-year-high level of 6.9 per cent, the agency said. The economy shed 40,800 jobs in July against a net addition of 83,000 jobs in June, taking the employment rate — or the percentage of people employed out of the total working-age population — to 60.7 per cent...

 Scars…

“I've begun to realize that you can listen to silence and learn from it. It has a quality and a dimension all its own.”

― Chaim Potok

Scars

Our scars are silent, but they have a lot to say.

If your scars have left regrets... forgive them, touch them gently, let them be a reminder of a place you never want to go to again.

The warrior soul has done battles that have left marks inside as well as out and ( for better or worse) the damage is done.

Hold your head high, you survived.

Each mark, each wound, has dimension. Don’t give it shame or blame. Honor it. Wear it. Embrace it as a symbol of perfecting life moving forward, going higher…

Silently proud, inwardly content.

Eyes to the skies.

You got this.

Good morning! May the Great Spirit bless you 🙏

Another smoky morning, and I'm feeling like I drank too much whiskey. Honestly, for a while, I didn't know if I was on foot or horseback. Things start swaying, and I sit down on the couch. Twice! Before I could get my bearings as to where due south-west was to the kitchen, I stood up, feeling like I weighed a ton, then I shuffled my way in that direction to make the coffee. After my usual cereal, I sat down and sipped my coffee, then I began to feel like the whiskey venom in me was being slowly drained away, like letting the air out of a balloon. Very similar to the experience I had the other day.

TODAY'S DISCUSSION:

SELF CONSCIOUSNESS

Leaving is the hard part, especially if you don't know the destination. But once you surrender and relax, let go and let your heart guide you to the right train to get on. **Simple as that!** I have already been at the gate twice. As Mom would have said, not bad enough to go to hell but not good enough to go to heaven, so you will live forever.😂

So, at my age and with the wisdom and experience I have accumulated since the beginning of my conscious self-awareness, much of which I kept under wraps for fear of ridicule. I know who I am. In studying quantum physics, I came to understand that there must be something that creates something, in the simplest terms, a ∞ cycle, an infinite continuation. EVOLUTION of consciousness, but that is another topic we have already covered.

- Google Search -

Self-consciousness and fear:

Self-consciousness and fear are closely intertwined, as the feeling of being self-conscious often arises from a fear of judgment or negative evaluation by others. This heightened awareness of oneself, particularly in social situations, can lead to anxiety and a reluctance to engage fully in activities or interactions. While some level of self-consciousness is normal, excessive self-consciousness can become a problem, potentially leading to social anxiety and hindering personal growth.

- Google Search -

"Self-conscious inner knowing":

"Self-conscious inner knowing" refers to the ability to be aware of one's own thoughts, feelings, and motivations, often with a focus on understanding oneself and how one is perceived by others. It involves both introspection (looking inward) and observation of one's own actions and reactions in different situations. This self-awareness can lead to a deeper understanding of one's values, purpose, and place in the world.

Several different ways can go wrong in decision-making, but I can think of at least six. This will suffice for now. The six different ways to go wrong are: what you *think* is the good way, the bad way, by indecision, the contrary decision, the clueless mind, or as a dunce, who is the lowest on the ladder of psychological evolution; I call them knuckle draggers.

It seems that in America, the dunces and knuckle draggers have taken over. I fall in the undecided category, which led me to many mistakes, and the learning was a very bumpy ride. I have also experienced excruciating pain, which was no less than getting gut shot in a foxhole on a battlefield. Twice! The four-way bypass surgery and the appendix last year, along with GERD.

I should be eligible for a Purple Heart if I were in the Forces. And **Trumpo** gets off with bone spurs. May the fat Orange Cockroach 🪳 get a lot of 💩 diarrhea in his diaper, and he is welcome to have my sick GERD stomach too. Thank you, a gift from me, arse pick. The last time I added that in my prayers, my stomach has been doing much better, thank you. At least as far as I know, it's not against the law in Canada to practice Wika witchcraft.

- Google Search -

Wicca is a modern Pagan religion with roots in Western esotericism and pre-Christian European traditions, often associated with witchcraft. While Wicca is a specific religion, witchcraft is a broader term encompassing various magical practices, some of which are incorporated into Wicca. Wiccans typically identify as witches and often worship a Goddess and a God, emphasizing nature and cycles of life and death.

Land of Whispering Pines 🌲

Good morning! May the Great Spirit bless you 🙏

There is a mixture of clouds, sun, smoke, and the holy ghost, who lives on the coast, is hiding behind the post with the host of the Bob Hope Show. Take your pick!

As for the weather, I hope that all those carbon particles in the air are put to good use and form raindrops in those clouds. It got much cooler through the night, so I had to turn all the fans off. They are only just circulating the smoke around the room anyway, in and out again, or vice versa. "Gotta smoke that cigarette!" cough, cough... 🚬 I used to smoke like a chimney too, up until about ten years ago. I'll be honest, I do like weed now and again. 🦯

TODAY'S DISCUSSION:

MIND TRAVEL:

Do you like traveling? I traveled most of the U.S. and Canada in my younger years. Yes, I loved traveling, but today it feels too much like a death wish to go anywhere except to the grocery store and for doctors' appointments. I don't really care to go anywhere that makes me feel like I've got eyeballs studying me like a specimen in a petri dish.

Now, whenever I want to travel, all I need is a little time to relax - you know, take a nap. Often, before I drift into oblivion, the dream/vision that comes before can be so vivid that the memory feels like I was there. The familiarities, the aromas, you see and can even touch what's around you, and you are actually there for a few seconds. I savor deeply those few seconds. Those memories are what give me hope and keep me going.

*Personal Experience:

.1 There have been many storms in my past, and to be sure, there will be more storms in my future, but there will always be a little sunshine now and then.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXdHSOqLBb4

Karma does work, but it can be a two-edged sword. I only travel back to the good parts of my past. The bad ones remain obscure in the darkness of my subconscious mind and stay there unless called upon for a reason. I might dig one out for an example, like what not to do, to help guide someone else away from falling over a similar precipice.

.2 On occasion, when I do a little weed, I may get profound visions in my mind's eye. Some are as deep as the depths of the scientific concept of quantum mechanics, and as spiritual as can be conceived in my finite human mind. That is the best condensed description of what I see.

NOTE: I don't mean you need to smoke a whole bag of weed to achieve the effect; four puffs will do. 🦯💨🥴 Visions come during the floaty time.

Let us pause for a moment and send prayer and meditation to our brothers and sisters south of the border.

Top Trump officials will discuss Epstein strategy at Wednesday dinner hosted by Vance

Top Trump administration officials will gather at the vice president’s residence Wednesday evening as they continue to weigh whether to publish an audio recording and transcript of Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche’s recent conversation with Jeffrey Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.

The administration’s handling of the Epstein case, as well as the need to craft a unified response, is expected to be a main focus of the dinner, three sources familiar with the meeting told CNN. The meeting will include White House chief of staff Susie Wiles, Vice President JD Vance, Attorney General Pam Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel and Blanche. With the exception of Vance, the White House considers those officials the leaders of the administration’s ongoing strategy regarding the Epstein files, two of the sources said.

Putin-Witkoff meeting was ‘constructive,’ Kremlin says ahead of Trump’s sanctions deadline

The Kremlin said US special envoy Steve Witkoff and Russian President Vladimir Putin held a “constructive and useful” meeting on Wednesday, according to Russian state media TASS, as the Trump administration’s sanctions deadline looms over Russia.

The meeting, which state media said lasted around three hours, took place after a frustrated US President Donald Trump last month threatened Russia with sanctions if it does not soon agree to a Ukraine peace deal.

‘God, please fix me’: Inside the dangerous resurgence of ‘ex-gay’ conversion therapy

*He remembers walking towards the worst experience of his life. The dorm hall was a concrete tunnel, with chipped white paint on the walls and a stench of sweat trapped inside. The stairs, he recalls, squeaked underfoot. They led to a wooden door, which Andrew Pledger prized open.

He stepped inside, sunk into a peeling black couch and locked eyes with the man sitting across the desk.

And then something happened.

“Everything around me just faded away,” Pledger says. He floated out of his body. “I almost couldn’t hear him anymore … time just completely slowed down.” The next thing he remembers is leaving the office, a pounding pain in his chest. An hour had passed. Whatever happened in that room had shaken Pledger, then a tormented, depressed student at a private evangelical university in South Carolina. A voice filled his head, telling him: “You cannot do this. This is unhealthy. This is not good.”

Pledger had just experienced conversion therapy – the discredited, pseudoscientific practice that purports to help a gay person change or resist their sexuality. The practice doesn’t work: Virtually every major medical association denounces it as junk science. A flood of studies has warned of its dangers; young people who experience conversion therapy are more likely to suffer depression and attempt suicide, researchers have found...

The Canadian drone industry is spinning up — with lessons from Ukraine

Canada has started to get serious about developing its drone warfare capabilities

It's been 24 years since what is widely considered the first lethal drone strike: a Predator UAV attack on an al-Qaeda vehicle convoy in Afghanistan just nine weeks after the Sept. 11 attacks. The strike killed Mohammed Atef, son-in-law of Osama bin Laden and head of the group's military operations, and made clear to all that 21st century warfare was going to see a large role for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

Large, expensive fixed-wing drones such as the Predator and Reaper still have their place. Canada has ordered a fleet of similar drones expected to be up and running in 2033...

Bill Blair, at the time the minister of defence, announced last year that

Canada would be providing more drones to Ukraine. Canadian firms are now developing their own products
