Moments sublime... My morning didn't start that way. Lately, I've been waking up like I had morning sickness; that's what it feels like, this GERD = Gastroesophageal reflux disorder. I struggled through that, after a couple of attempts to get up, and ended up back in bed. But now here I am going on to my second cup of coffee, the best this side of Tim Horton's π§π I sat down on my nice comfy light-weight office swing chair, allowed myself the luxury of slowly sinking into the spongy softness of the seat, and leaned back slightly, it felt like a moment sublime

πΉAI Overview
A "moment sublime" refers to an intense, awe-inspiring experience that overwhelms normal consciousness, often found in nature or art.
For me, it is that moment when I truly relax, let go, let all the stress and anxiety drift out like the early-morning fog on a pond, and I feel deeply at peace within myself. It's like a warm glow you feel from the inside. That's the best I can do to describe this phenomenon in writing. Written words have too many different interpretations.

Hegseth says ‘ceasefire is not over,’ as tensions rise in Strait of Hormuz
Iran attacked US forces more than 10 times during ceasefire, top general says, adding it is below "threshold" for restarting combat.
Here's The Latest:
• Strait of Hormuz: US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth says the US effort to guide vessels out of the Strait of Hormuz is temporary, and “separate and distinct” from ongoing military operations in the region, one day after the US military began operations to guide ships in the waterway. He also said “The ceasefire is not over.”
• Ceasefire tested: Iran has attacked US forces more than 10 times since the ceasefire went into effect, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dan Caine said. Iran’s parliament speaker earlier said the US and its allies have jeopardized secure shipping, after a day of attacks in the strait, adding “we have not even begun yet.”
• Economic impact: Demand for oil is falling at the fastest rate seen outside the Covid pandemic, experts say, as businesses and consumers cut consumption due to sharply increased prices and a scarcity of supply in some regions. Meanwhile, US gas prices have increased by 50% since the start of the war.

Russian strikes kill 5 in Ukraine right before brief ceasefire takes hold
Zelenskyy slams Russia’s ‘utter cynicism’ for launching attacks
Russian drone and missile strikes targeting Ukraine’s power grid during the night killed at least five people and wounded 39 others, Ukrainian authorities said Tuesday, less than a day before Kyiv said it would enact a ceasefire and three days before Moscow promised its own truce.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy rebuked Moscow for what he said was its "utter cynicism" in launching the attacks after Russia announced a unilateral truce over two days later this week while it marks the 81st anniversary of the defeat of Nazi Germany in the Second World War.
"Russia could cease fire at any moment, and this would stop the war and our responses," Zelenskyy said in a post on X. “Peace is needed, and real steps are needed to achieve it. Ukraine will act in kind."...
