This thought has crossed my mind 🧠 before, just as many other thoughts do: that which I either suspected or I could plainly see the point quite clearly beforehand, sometimes months or so before, while everyone else was either blind to it or sitting on it, squirming, maybe felt it but ignored it or pretended it was not real;

Some call the point fake news. Like crabs in a bucket, dragging each other back into the cesspool, they all think they're the King or Queen of the hill. That's the way the distorted mind of a psychopath works. Maybe some got smart and left their cycle by the path and walked the path the rest of the way around the precipice of insanity 🧗 thus avoiding getting run over by the big yellow bus 🚌

If Trump tries any bullshit with the midterms, we will call for a Sustained General Strike to drive that criminal from office.

Three months ago, Troy Jackson’s hopes of political success seemed dashed, as the former state senator finished third in the Maine Democratic gubernatorial primary. But then came a reversal of fortune so rapid that, if it were a script, Hollywood would reject it as too fanciful.

After Graham Platner’s sudden fall, Jackson became the party’s standard-bearer for the U.S. Senate, facing the difficult task of beating Republican Sen. Susan Collins.

A senior U.S. military commander recently dismissed a journalist's hypothetical question about a feared American invasion of Canada as "absolutely and utterly preposterous."

The head of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, Admiral Samuel Paparo, added: "Would you ask me please, also, what my attack plans are for the Martians?"

High prices. Long travel times. Poor-quality produce. Food insecurity.

There were so many reasons that some people in the tiny, rural community of Bear River, N.S., in the Annapolis Valley were growing frustrated with their grocery options at large, mainstream grocers.

“The prices are, you know, inhumane,” said Bear River resident Drew Tozer. “You're getting produce that has been rotting on the trucks for 48 hours … It's like half-spoiled because Nova Scotia is at the end of the food supply chain.”
