It's a great morning again, with the sun shining down on my green space, with only some of the normal discomforts one feels when just getting out of bed. Otherwise, my spirits are up, and I even began the morning with my partner, with my usual comic book outlook on life. Everyone needs to snicker in their coffee sometimes, eh! 😆☕

I wish it weren't that way, but this entire mess is as though I am watching a repeat of a bad movie. 👿👹👺

Why is it all we hear about these days is the name Charlie Kirk from every news outlet, like he was a Royal or something, perhaps the future Kink of America in training?

Let us all pray for all of those who have lost their lives to violent political ideology, which seems to weigh heavily on the right side, as the influencers of the propaganda that appears lead to more violent reactions. ... AMEN!

Trump endorses dramatic shift to the US economy

In his latest bid to reshape the American economy, President Donald Trump has endorsed ending the decades-long practice of public companies sharing their financial results once each quarter.

Such a move would represent a dramatic shift aimed at combating short-term thinking inside C-Suites obsessed with pleasing investors but would also mean far less timely insights into the business world and the real economy.

In a Truth Social post this morning, Trump said companies “should no longer be forced to ‘Report’ on a quarterly basis” and should instead report results once every six months.

“This will save money, and allow managers to focus on properly running their companies,” Trump said. “Did you ever hear the statement that, ‘China has a 50 to 100 year view on management of a company, whereas we run our companies on a quarterly basis???’ Not good!!!!” ...
