It's kind of a cloudy morning, but according to the weather report, the sun will return; it is supposed to be in the low 70s and mid-60s all the way to mid-October. It is just nice to be among the living and without too many crevices in the hull of this rickety ship. I am grateful for that.

CHANGING THE SYSTEM

It is so sad and strange to realise that America, the America all countries used to look up to with respect, can just be reduced into a pile of useless nonsense Nazi 💩 overnight.

I give credit to the folks I met on Indigo Adults around 2000. They were right about the concentration camps, and taking down the system of government, a government is an institution.

A system of government is an institution established to provide structure and authority for a society by creating, enforcing, and interpreting laws, managing public services, and resolving disputes. It comprises various branches, including the legislative, executive, and judicial branches, which collectively ensure order, provide essential services, and act on behalf of the population's interests.

Even a fascist regime needs to have rules, laws, and order, but they are interchangeable at the whim of the big cheese in charge. Otherwise, you have chaos. There would be no coherent reasoning, back to the pirate days, America becomes the port of Pirates.

I do admit that the previous government had its warts, but now this entire government is nothing but a big, malignant wart with "what government?" Find one that didn't flunk recess—turning the whole country into a big pile of orange stench. Thus, THE DUNCE BRIGADE 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 and their Gestapo Cockroaches. 🪳🪳🪳🪳

The government needed only to adjust itself by getting rid of the real thieves, the corporate-type thieves sucking off Mama Fed's mammary glands. It's not the entire Government workforce that's causing the fraud, waste, and abuse. It's so many corporations and business sectors getting special treatment paid for by taxpayer dollars, like Big Oil, pharmaceuticals, airlines, and other "special interest groups." Now it's going to need a complete engine overhaul just because you dropped the wrench in the gears, "We, The People boo-hooed!" Now it's time to get busy and unboo-hoo the boo-boo.😁

This isn't going to go away. Government leaders, corporate heads, and elected officials are just going to continue bending the knee to a demented, insane mind. It's time to form a New Party to oppose further destruction of America before it sinks further into the hole. That is my opinion only. THEN ONE MORNING, YOU WAKE UP TO TOTALITARIANISM.

What happened behind the scenes that led to Kimmel suspension

The decision to yank Jimmy Kimmel’s show off the air wasn’t quite as rash as one might think. The issue had been brewing all week throughout the executive ranks at Disney and ABC — ever since Kimmel made comments during his Monday night monologue about Charlie Kirk’s suspected killer and, as he called Trump’s supporters, the “MAGA gang.”

Kimmel’s remarks Monday attracted ire from the critics on the right, which put it on Disney’s radar. On Tuesday’s show, Kimmel doubled down, saying,

“Many in MAGA-land are working very hard to capitalize on the murder of Charlie Kirk.”

But it wasn’t until Wednesday afternoon, after FCC chair Brendan Carr went onto a conservative podcast and threatened to pull ABC affiliate broadcast licenses, that the matter really escalated. Then Nexstar — the station group which airs “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” in approximately two dozen markets — announced they would not air the show.

Cesar, a green card holder and student at Washington, DC’s Georgetown University, never used to think he needed to carry proof that he was allowed to be in the United States.

But that changed last week, when the Supreme Court cleared the way for a person’s ethnicity to be at least a partial factor behind immigration stops by law enforcement. “Now I have to carry it all the time,” he says. “And that is very scary, because if I lose it, that’s a whole other process, fees, and consequences,” said Cesar, who spoke to CNN on the condition that only his first name be used.

Since the beginning of President Donald Trump’s second term, immigration-advocacy groups have recommended that migrants, green-card holders and non-White US citizens carry their documents as an added protection against being errantly caught up in his immigration sweeps.

Intel officials are split on whether Russia deliberately flew drones into Poland but agree Putin is getting more aggressive

In the week since NATO fighter jets scrambled to shoot down multiple Russian drones that had crossed into alliance airspace in Poland, US and Western intelligence officials have been unable to determine whether the incursion was accidental or an intentional effort by Russia to probe Western air defenses and gauge NATO’s response.

Officials cautioned that either way, the episode still represents a worrying signal that the Kremlin’s willingness to pique NATO — perhaps at the risk of escalating the conflict — has grown.

Hip-hop group Kneecap barred from entering Canada

MP says group 'has engaged in actions and have made statements that are contrary to Canadian values and laws'

The hip-hop trio Kneecap has been deemed ineligible to enter Canada, MP and Parliamentary Secretary for Combating Crime Vince Gasparro announced in a video posted to his X account on Friday.
