Land of Whispering Pines 🌲
Good morning! May the Great Spirit bless you 🙏
Well, everybody, I survived to see another day, eh! Got up and didn't feel anything. I feel different inside after a trip to the bathroom, and everything was a green light in that department. For once, I felt more like an emptied-out garbage can, emptied of its garbage; that's an improvement. I may actually be feeling what is called normal. In the morning? Realy? 😁 Ok, you see, I got me a bridge to sell ya...
In my gratitude for today, I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation by praying for all who are suffering at this time, especially our brothers and sisters south of the border. 🙏
Pray for the innocent; it could be your sister, your brother, your mother, your father, your grandpa, your grandma, your cousin, your aunt, your uncle, remember that favorite aunt? Or that crazy cousin you loved being with? Or the nephew, or niece, and the grandchildren. All these people you know intimately, *think about it.* Just in the immediate family, that can add up to a significant number of innocent people *that you know personally*, as good folks who do not deserve to be ravaged, beaten, and separated by the rule of a SADISTIC BEAST.
Like in the news piece I have just run across here, he doesn't care about INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. If someone says "I am innocent" to the Orange Beast, they are thrown under the bus for having failed.
That is not what *will* happen; it has already happened, and it's continuing to happen right now.
Lawmakers Suggest Follow-Up; Boat Strike Could Be a War Crime
Top Republicans have joined Democrats in demanding answers about the escalating military campaign the Trump administration says is aimed at targeting drug traffickers.
A top Republican and Democrats in Congress suggested on Sunday that American military officials might have committed a war crime in President Trump’s offensive against boats in the Caribbean after a news report said that during one such attack, a follow-up strike was ordered to kill survivors. The remarks came in response to a Washington Post report on Friday that said that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth had given a verbal order to kill everyone aboard boats suspected of smuggling drugs, and that this led a military commander to carry out a second strike to kill those who had initially survived an attack in early September.
“Obviously, if that occurred, that would be very serious, and I agree that that would be an illegal act,” Representative Mike Turner, Republican of Ohio and a former chairman of the Intelligence Committee, said on “Face the Nation” on CBS. Senator Tim Kaine, Democrat of Virginia, said on CBS that if the report was accurate, the attack “rises to the level of a war crime.” And on CNN, when asked if he believed a second strike to kill survivors constituted a war crime, Senator Mark Kelly, Democrat of Arizona, answered, “It seems to.”...

PATTERNS OF INSANITY
- Google Search -
"Patterns of insanity" can refer to recurring behaviors seen in mental illness, such as the cycle of repeating mistakes and expecting different results, or specific symptoms like delusions, hallucinations, and disorganized speech. It can also be used informally to describe self-defeating behaviors, such as sabotaging oneself before trying something new. In other contexts, it may refer to specific patterns observed under certain conditions, such as the persecutory delusions common in some forms of criminal behavior.
Hallucinations, paranoia, they believe whatever is in their heads at the time to be accurate and honest.

Psychopath & Alzheimer's
A psychopath with Alzheimer's may exhibit a combination of psychopathic traits and dementia-related behaviors, such as extreme rage, aggression, manipulation, and a disregard for social norms, but the presentation will be complicated by the progressive cognitive decline. While some manipulative behaviors and aggression may persist or worsen due to loss of empathy and impulse control from Alzheimer's, the condition can also lead to a more passive or confused presentation. Their aggressive outbursts might be fueled by frustration or confusion from the disease itself, not just a calculated, manipulative intent.
Malignant Narcissisism. Is the right label for this diorder, like I described above.
Never mind EMPECHE - STRAIT JACKET AND GAG and stuffed in a nice rubber room to keep the rest of humanity safe. OF COURSE, you kids are learning all this insanity as being the only REALITY, THAT'S THE WAY LIFE IS. I would sooner live on the Planet of the Apes.

Trump’s threats bring war with Venezuela closer as contradictions and legal fears mount
Intensifying US threats against Venezuela are raising expectations of imminent military action as President Donald Trump heaps pressure on the Caracas regime and flexes power in the Western Hemisphere. Every public sign and warning by the president raises the risk that the US is on an inexorable path toward a military confrontation that would represent a big political gamble, given the public’s antipathy toward new foreign wars.
Trump plans to hold a meeting at the White House Monday evening about next steps on Venezuela, sources familiar with the matter told CNN. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dan Caine and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are expected to attend, as well as White House chief of staff Susie Wiles and deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller...

Danielle Smith and the Alberta separatists gather in the UCP tent
Federal pipeline deal got booed, but premier won some cheers and even party stability
There was a period, in the old Progressive Conservative dynasty days, when there wasn’t much daylight between a chamber of commerce crowd in Alberta and the party convention crowd. Maybe a number more windbreaker-clad ranchers at the latter, but both audiences would come to root for the same thing: a thriving, economy-boosting petroleum sector.
In 2025, they’re two strikingly different audiences — the Calgary business luncheon that stood up and cheered twice for Prime Minister Mark Carney when he discussed his pro-pipeline memorandum of understanding with Alberta one day, and the United Conservative gathering that booed Alberta Premier Smith on the same topic the next day. The friction is the raucous sound of two trends colliding. The UCP premier has never been so pro-Ottawa, and her party has never been so decidedly anti-Ottawa...

After the flames: Lac La Ronge Indian Band begins replacement of homes destroyed by wildfire
'Communities can save their own communities,' says Chief Tammy Cook-Searson
Miles Ratt, 74, was living with his wife, his granddaughter and three great-grandchildren when the Pisew wildfire forced the evacuation of Sucker River, their home community in northern Saskatchewan. He was far away at the time, trying to save his trapper's cabin from the flames. His family's home burned to the ground, leaving six people with nowhere to live.
Ratt is among the first people to receive one of the ready-to-move replacement homes purchased by Lac La Ronge Indian Band as the community rebuilds, with support from Indigenous Services Canada.
The five-bedroom bungalow was recently placed on a new foundation near the site of their former home.
“They always come through, helping us. That’s the good thing about this band. They are always there for us,” Ratt said...
