It's hard to believe that kind of heat today, a July temperature, with strong thunderstorms this afternoon. Beware, folks, ya' all know what happens when you get a sudden shift from hot to cold weather. Thunderstorms form high up in the atmosphere, as gusts of warmer air rise, and gusts of cooler air sink, and a twisting behemoth column of air is born. They're called TORNADOES. At this time, according to Accuweather, the red zone is just below the Great Lakes, extending from west to east as far as northern Ohio, Pennsylvania, and possibly New York State.
