Good morning π from the Tree House π³π‘π². I wish it were as spectacular, picture-perfect, and sunny as it is this morning for all of my followers on my Tree House News Blog or in my News Blurb on social networks.
OK, for now my laptop seems to be behaving itself, I've been having problems with sticking and the page jumping up and down like a dumb leap toad π . Yesterday, it took me until 3:00 PM to finish the news. No wonder it took my partner Paula at least almost 3 hours to clean all the crap out of that laptop I didn't know I had! I don't know much about that apps stuff so I don't go in there except to restart or finish an update and restart. I have been depending on the Crap Cleaner to do that job.*_
Thanks to my partner π±♀️ and editor, now this thing is moving like when it was new again π©. Thank you, Paula, for fixing this thing, or I would have to do the news by remote viewing π️ today. Hey, that may not be so far off an idea either! By using AI as the information gatherer to store the knowledge of the entire population of 'humons' on planet Oith, the Third Rock From The Star Soul π₯ΎThey would need a data center the size of the Moon, for what? In case you're not up to date, I'm recapping some news from the last couple of days because these government and industry actions can affect our daily lives. I didn't see many Views. I believe this is due to being accustomed to a benevolent relationship with our friend-turned-backstabber to our south.

What does CANADA plan to do once gas prices begin shutting down the entire nation because we can't afford to run the machinery of industry? It's simple and reasonable question with a complex answer for the Carney government and petroleum producers to answer. Further complicating matters is our southern neighbor, who's driving the Big Yellow Bus that's taking us there:

Yet a remarkable sequence of warnings by leaders of artificial intelligence firms that their creation may soon outpace humans’ capacity to control it has so far been met with a shrug by Republicans who run Washington.

Trump’s easiest path to saving the GOP’s midterms just disappeared
The August inflation report had a few bright spots, but in political terms, the president and the Republicans are out of time.

At 8:30 a.m. Friday morning, President Donald Trump’s best chance at good economic news before the midterm elections went poof. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that the consumer price index rose in August by 0.4% and 3.4% over the past year. The “core CPI” (the less volatile measure that removes food and energy prices) rose 0.3% for the month and 2.4% annually. For the fifth month in a row, inflation-adjusted wages fell on a yearly basis.
Were this September 2025, the BLS’ report would be disappointing for the White House but hardly catastrophic. Inflation isn’t accelerating, and it remains well below its peak back in 2022 .There were even bright spots in some areas: Grocery prices were flat for the second straight month, for instance.

When Kaila Richard is out on the water of her oyster farm in western P.E.I., she often thinks of her late father, who ran the farm until his sudden death in an accident in 2021. “Being out here, I feel my father close,” said Kaila, who took over the farm in the Dock River, near Alberton, with her husband Bruce Richard.
“[When] we make mistakes, I can hear my dad saying, 'What are yous doing?!' … and when things go right I'm like, ‘Oh he'd be so proud,’” she told CBC Radio’s The Current.
