I still like to sometimes simply lie back and live in a whimsical world of the imagination. Romance and adventure seem more fantasy-related than real life is. - Define real life. -

Real-life CAN suck most of the time if I let it be that way. It can be so full of resistance; it seems so hard even to get through the mundane things at times.

I agree with Taylor Swift (above). Life is hard; it isn't easy, whether you are poor or rich. You raise a family, work your ass off, and you end up practically on the street at retirement time nowadays because, by the time they pay out all the debts accumulated in a lifetime, there is nothing left. Back in the day, we had good government old-age security checks, supplements, company pensions, plus whatever you managed to stash, as well as all the play toys we would need. Spoiled

The poor worry about not having enough to get by, and the rich stay up nights nursing ulcers. They worry about bad investments and losing money so much that they are constantly on ulcer alert.

Ya gots ta dig that ditch, man, so ya can have enough money to keep the room you live in and walk 5 miles at -6 F in January to the soup kitchen if ya want to eat tonight or if you're a crook you'll be forever looking for whose butt to kiss to stay alive, Damn the pusher man!

It's dog-eat-dog. Stealing from your neighbor or snatching an old lady's handbag is okay; they think if she or he had it, they could afford to buy another one. Greed, backstabbing, shams, money this and money that—if you have any, and you're incapacitated in the ditch on the side of the road, they'll save your wallet or purse and leave you there for the vultures.

Compassion is acknowledging with empathy and caring. This world direly needs to take some time for a good dream or a fantasy transfusion. Dreaming and living in the dream is like an oasis for the heart and soul.

Take some time away from disbelievers, muggles, and those who think all about money. Money was their god, and they tried to combine their greed for wealth with their goal of gaining heaven here on Earth. I guess these tin-can gods don't think about the mortality of the physical body. La vida real PUEDE ser una mierda la mayor parte del tiempo si dejo que sea así. Puede estar tan llena de resistencia; a veces parece tan difícil incluso superar las cosas mundanas.

Estoy de acuerdo con Taylor Swift (arriba). La vida es dura, no es fácil, seas pobre o rico. Tienes una familia, trabajas como un burro y, hoy en día, cuando te jubilas, terminas prácticamente en la calle porque, cuando pagas todas las deudas acumuladas a lo largo de tu vida, no te queda nada. En aquellos tiempos, teníamos buenos cheques de seguridad para la vejez del gobierno, complementos, pensiones de empresa, más lo que pudieras conseguir, así como todos los juguetes que necesitábamos. Los pobres se preocupan por no tener lo suficiente para sobrevivir, y los ricos se pasan las noches despiertos con úlceras. Se preocupan tanto por las malas inversiones y por perder dinero que están constantemente en alerta por las úlceras.

Tienes que cavar esa zanja, hombre, para tener suficiente dinero para mantener la habitación en la que vives y caminar cinco millas a -6 F en enero hasta el comedor de beneficencia si quieres comer esta noche o, si eres un delincuente, estarás buscando para siempre a quién besarle el trasero para seguir vivo. ¡Maldito sea el camello!

La compasión es reconocer con empatía y cariño. Este mundo necesita urgentemente tomarse un tiempo para un buen sueño o una transfusión de fantasía. Soñar y vivir en el sueño es como un oasis para el corazón y el alma.

Tómate un tiempo lejos de los incrédulos, los muggles y aquellos que piensan todo en el dinero. El dinero era su dios, y trataron de combinar su codicia por la riqueza con su objetivo de ganar el cielo aquí en la Tierra.
