It's nearly 6:00 am, and here I am sitting on the couch scrolling through my phone, in the dark. It doesn't get light until about an hour later than I remember when I went out with my coffee to sit in my green space in the morning and watch the sun rise.☹️ It is chilly out, but still lovely to sit by the glass doors overlooking my green space and the treescape in the background.

I remember the first year that RUSSIA ATTACKED Ukraine. I saw that in action from several different news agencies, including Fox News.

Anyway, back at the ranch, during the first year of the Russian invasion, I studied the weather pattern in Kyiv, Ukraine, and found that its climate is similar to that of the Niagara Region of Ontario, Canada, where I live. Not very hospitable for living in a tent in the wintertime.

EXCLUSIVE — Israeli U.N. Ambassador Danny Danon condemned a United Nations official over remarks that he said "shattered any notion of neutrality."

On Tuesday, U.N. Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Tom Fletcher accused Israel of committing genocide in his remarks before the U.N. Security Council.

"Israel is deliberately and unashamedly imposing inhumane conditions on civilians in the Occupied Palestinian Territory," Fletcher told the Security Council on Tuesday. He went on to say that most of Gaza "is either within Israeli-militarized zones or under displacement orders."

Although Fox News can change its mind about what it's going to report as quickly as slipping on a banana peel at the Orange Pus Bags' orders or get its wallet choked to death, looking for the original Fox News, before tampering, would yield the most accurate reports.

I myself look for discrepancies in the GOP sympathizers' news agencies, YUK! Talk about OOoozing! Fox News, some GOP podcasts, and the more Democratic reports from outlets like CNN, NBC, MSNBC, and CBC. And believe it or not, I love "The Joe Rogan Experience" as well as The Young Turks. I also use SNOPES and Google Search a lot.

Basic Meaning For Evaluation:

In common usage, evaluation is a systematic determination and assessment of a subject's merit, worth, and significance, using criteria governed by a set of standards. It can assist an organization, program, design, project, or any other intervention or initiative to assess any aim, realizable concept/proposal, or any alternative, to help in decision-making; or to generate the degree of achievement or value in regard to the aim and objectives and results of any such action that has been completed.

In my personal view, the word 'evaluation' is to weigh out the actual difference between right and wrong, or the ability to feel from within, ❤️. What makes the difference is in feeling the diference in the weight of what feels right and what feels wrong, evaluating the process before begining the journey, by using the method above I discovered, that nothing never goes completley off the pressipiss, simply slow down and assess your situation, unlike, NOT evaluating what's ahead and hitting a bump, upsetting the apple cart altogether and losing your load of apples in the ditch, when all you had to do was slow down, so you can see the bumps in the road ahead of you.

If you cannot evaluate your own thoughts and feelings, Ethics and Empathy are on the chopping block, being reprogrammed and reevaluated by the ORANGE PUS BAG SUPREEM! 🎃🤮

Kilmar Abrego Garcia can’t be deported until at least early October, judge rules

A federal judge is planning to have Trump administration officials testify in early October about the government’s efforts to re-deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia and is prohibiting his removal from the US for several more weeks.

US District Judge Paula Xinis on Wednesday set an evidentiary hearing for October 6. Xinis said she would rule within 30 days of the hearing and that Abrego Garcia must remain in the US until then.

Abrego Garcia is expected to remain in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody. In the meantime, his efforts to stave off another deportation will happen in other forums...

Minneapolis police responding to Catholic school shooting, governor says

What We Know So Far:

• Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said he has been briefed on a shooting at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis. “I’m praying for our kids and teachers whose first week of school was marred by this horrific act of violence,” the governor said on X.

• Authorities are on the scene, the officials said. The city of Minneapolis said that the shooter has been “contained” and there is “no active threat to the community.”

• Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said he is “monitoring reports of horrific violence in South Minneapolis.”
