TREE HOUSE NEWS 🏡
NEWS AGGREGATOR & COMMENTARY
May Great Spirit bless 🙏
Before I began doing this media thing, I never knew the actual depth of the darkness that lies hidden beneath only a fragile veneer of human semblance on the skin's surface. What's acted out isn't in sync with what I feel just beneath the veneer. That I could always do, I am an empath. That simply means I feel other people's feelings.
But never to such a depth as the short time I have been following and doing the News. It is almost shocking now how divided America has become, the depth of which cannot be determined, and which side will overcome the other. "It's like chopping a lemon in half with a machete, with no way to tell which half will fall into the basket," you think to yourself, "while hoping it's the dark side of the human psyche that falls in the basket."
TODAY'S DISCUSSION:
FEELINGS
If you can't tell by now which side of the lemon was bad or good, you'd better toss a coin and call it, heads or tails. Otherwise, a WARNING TO ALL YOU FENCE SITTERS! If you think you made a mistake, and you choose to remain on the fence this time around, you don't need to. No one has to know who you voted for. I would think there are likely MANY OF YOU FENCE-SITTERS who have decided to DO NOTHING. If you choose to do nothing, you'd better learn to sing the RUSSIAN NATIONAL ANTHEM, because surer than spit, Trumpo the Typo will get married to Putin and live happily forever as Putin's 🐕 in his underground castle 🏰
Anyway, back to feelings. I feel that just doing my own news media coverage along with my personal comments, thoughts, and feelings, hoping that someone, maybe a senator, a king, a president, a prime minister, the janitor on Parliament Hill in Ottawa or the 17 year old girl working at McDonalds in Toronto, I can only pray they take a piece of my medicine home with them, maybe to help themselves and help to build a new Canadian.
The genocide in Gaza, the destruction of human lives in Ukraine. I see the starving people like walking skeletons. I almost became like that after being ill for nearly two years. So again, I had the experience. With different medical complications aggravated by COVID and that super flu, not just once, but both, twice, two consecutive years, along with my other complications.
So I know every human being with a regular set of feelings, in the normal range of ethics, who values life and has compassion and has empathy for others around them, and who has feelings about different matters in the news is aware and has feelings. These feelings will vary from person to person, but anyone with humanitarian values, NOT SOMEONE LIVING WITH TERTIARY SYPHILIS BRAIN ROT -> THE ORANGE PUS BAG!
So I simply express what I feel. I don't look or read the cards; I just deal 'em as I get 'em! Again, I pray you all have a better day than yesterday, and thank you for reading the Tree House News.

U.S. unveils Palestinian technocratic group to administer post-war Gaza
It remains unclear how Hamas will be disarmed as required under agreement
U.S. President Donald Trump's special envoy, Steve Witkoff, announced on Wednesday the establishment of a technocratic Palestinian body that will play a role in administering the war-ravaged territory under a phased U.S. plan for Gaza's future.
"Today, on behalf of President Trump, we are announcing the launch of Phase Two of the President’s 20-Point Plan to End the Gaza Conflict, moving from ceasefire to demilitarization, technocratic governance, and reconstruction," Witkoff said in a post on social media platform X.
It remains unclear how Hamas, which has regrouped since a fragile ceasefire began in October, will be disarmed as required under the plan
Israel and Hamas signed off in October on Trump's plan, which says that the technocratic body will be overseen by the international "Board of Peace"...

BREAKING NEWS CNN:
Trump threatens to use Insurrection Act as anti-ICE protests flare following another shooting in Minneapolis
What We Know so Far
• Insurrection Act:
President Donald Trump warned he might invoke the centuries-old law to deploy US troops to Minnesota as state and federal officials clash over tactics used by immigration agents...
• Another Minneapolis shooting: Law enforcement and demonstrators clashed last night near where a federal agent shot and injured a man after he allegedly assaulted the agent.
During the struggle, DHS said two people came out of a nearby apartment and attacked the officer with a snow shovel and a broom handle. After the suspect got loose and joined the attack, the officer fired “defensive shots,” DHS said, striking the man in the leg.
• High tensions: Minneapolis leaders are asking residents to remain calm following last night’s shooting, which happened a week after Renee Good was fatally shot by an ICE agent. The shooting sparked nationwide protests and prompted the Trump administration to send in hundreds more agents as part of its coast-to-coast immigration enforcement crackdown.
• Court fights: A judge declined to issue a temporary restraining order after Minnesota and the Twin Cities sued federal officials, claiming the immigration enforcement operation involves warrantless arrests and excessive force. The decision “should not be considered a prejudgment,” the judge said...

75% of Americans oppose US attempting to take control of Greenland, CNN poll finds
Three-quarters of Americans say they oppose the United States attempting to take control of Greenland, according to a new CNN poll conducted by SSRS, indicating that President Donald Trump’s push to expand America’s territory faces stiff headwinds with the public.
The survey finds just 25% of Americans favor the US attempting to take control of the Danish territory. Even the president’s partisans are about evenly divided, with 50% of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents saying they support it and 50% opposed. Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents are deeply against the move, with 94% opposed overall, including 80% who say they strongly oppose it.
About 8 in 10 independents who don’t lean toward either party are also opposed. Trump said Wednesday on his social media website Truth Social that “anything less” than US control of Greenland is “unacceptable.”...

Private guns, public oil: Trump’s Venezuela plans start taking shape
The Trump administration is preparing to use private military contractors to protect oil and energy assets in Venezuela rather than deploying US troops, according to two sources familiar with the plans, setting up a potential boon for security firms with experience in the region and ties to the administration.
While President Trump hasn’t ruled out a possible US military presence in Venezuela, sources close to the president say he’s wary of putting American boots on the ground for an extended period of time. That raises a potential problem for the White House following the US capture of Venezuela’s former President Nicolás Maduro.
As it lobbies major oil companies to reinvest in Venezuela’s ailing oil industry, the administration must convince them it can provide the kind of security they will need to operate safely there — not just for months but years...

Carney's 1st day in China secures agreement on energy — but no tariff breakthrough yet
Beijing does not commit to buying more Canadian petroleum and liquified natural gas
Prime Minister Mark Carney witnessed the signing of an agreement to co-operate more with China on clean and conventional energy the first day of talks in Beijing on Thursday, after years of difficult relations between the two countries. But at this point, none of the agreements included a resolution to tariffs.
Beijing also did not commit to buying more Canadian petroleum and liquified natural gas in the memorandum of understanding signed by energy and natural resources minister Tim Hodgson.
The MOU states both countries will strengthen talks between ministers in several areas, including oil and gas resource development, liquified natural gas along with liquified petroleum gas, and emission reductions. This energy MOU builds on previous agreements.

*The Minnesota Shooting:*
"Law enforcement and demonstrators clash!"
During The Struggle:
When the officer and suspect clashed, DHS said, two people came out of an apartment and attacked the officer with a snow shovel and a broom handle. After the suspect got loose and joined the melee, the officer, I wouldn't doubt, in a panic, unholstered his gun and just squeezed the trigger. HELL! It sounds like a bloody cartoon; I wish it were only a cartoon.
