Great Spirit bless ๐Ÿ™

Good morning, well, not as great as I would like it. We had a thunderstorm last night, and it knocked out the power to the building. I'm now working off a solar battery until the power comes back on. We are good to go for the next twenty-four hours on battery, but if the sun doesn't come out by then, dumb arse clouds, it's shkaputskie for the internet.

Outside of that little mess, everything is fine, my stomach is behaving itself, thank you, Great Spirit ๐Ÿ™ Four days now, only getting the snake treatment now and again. like a snake writhing in my stomach. Not tying itself up in knots like it was before, that wasn't just nauseatingly uncomfortable, it was torture. I do not want to go through that crap again.*_

I believe I'm paid in full for my sins. Well, that's enough about me. So far, I've survived this pile of bull s**t ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ’ฉ I've encountered on my life's journey. Glad there was a pile of bricks ๐Ÿงฑ in that pile of ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ’ฉ, or I would never have made that face plant, which certainly woke me up, and I discovered that ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ’ฉ made for good fertilizer for growing roses ๐ŸŒท๐ŸŒน I learned a lesson that day, and I collected many roses ๐Ÿ’ along the way that are precious to me ✨๐Ÿ’

I pray that my journey in life was worth something, that it pleases the Higher Power, that be whoever that is, the Big Thinker and Designer of all this whole ball of wax.

Question: Appreciation positive thinking

๐Ÿ”นAI Overview

Appreciation and positive thinking are powerful mental tools that actively reshape your mindset. Practicing gratitude helps you naturally identify the good in any situation, which in turn reduces stress, triggers mood-boosting brain chemicals, and builds long-term resilience against negative thought patterns.

Key Psychological & Physical Benefits

Stress Reduction: Expressing thanks lowers cortisol levels, helping to soothe the nervous system during overwhelming times.

• Improved Perspective: Positive thinking isn't about ignoring problems; it’s about reframing them to focus on solutions and growth.

• Enhanced Wellbeing: Regular appreciation promotes better sleep, improved heart health, and a stronger immune system.

Easy Ways to Practice Daily

If one has an overactive mind, it's a lot easier said than accomplished. It took me many years before I learned how a patern of negativity and positivity worked. For one, it's very simple: if it doesn't feel right, DEAD STOP "don't do it!" big period, that's it, at least not until you've taken time to analyze it carefully first, before then make a decision. That was hard for me to learn to sit and contemplate or meditate on things before acting.

BREAKING NEWS:

Rescuers race to find Venezuela quake victims as global relief effort gains pace

At least 235 people were killed, with thousands more injured, after two of the country's strongest quakes in over a century.

Here's The Latest

• Deadly quakes: The death toll from the twin quakes in Venezuela — a country mired in political and financial crisis — has risen to around 235, as rescuers race to reach survivors before the “golden window” to save people closes. The second quake was the country’s most powerful in more than a century.

• Nowhere to go: An estimated 4,300 people are injured, and many others are missing or still trapped beneath rubble. Affected residents have nowhere to go after their homes were flattened in Caracas, La Guaira and surrounding areas.

• Global response: The US military is on the ground for rescue efforts in Venezuela — where, earlier this year, special forces conducted a deadly raid to seize then-President Nicolรกs Maduro. Relief teams from around the world are also mobilizing help, and pledges of foreign aid are pouring in.

Trump’s SAVE America obsession is more likely to doom the GOP

Wasting weeks that could be spent passing new legislation in favor of an election bill that can’t pass the Senate is certainly a choice.

VIDEO Included:

President Donald Trump has exactly two modes: unfocused and obsessed.

Most things in this world activate the first mode. But there are a handful of exceptions that become deeply ingrained in his mind and nothing can shake them loose, no matter how many times he’s been denied, contradicted or proved wrong. You see it in Trump’s fixation on renovating and building monuments, his refusal to accept his 2020 election loss as anything but fraud, and, lately,

the supposed necessity of passing the SAVE America Act.

  • The president’s obsession with the SAVE America Act has blinded him to political reality:

Energy minister to name 5 priority power-line projects for federal backing today

News comes as Ottawa has set the ambitious goal of doubling Canada's electric grid by 2050

The federal government is expected to announce on Friday that it will prioritize infrastructure upgrades that would allow provinces to share excess electricity more cheaply and easily. Energy Minister Tim Hodgson is expected to highlight five power-line projects, or interties, that the federal government is working on with the provinces and the Yukon. Interties are power lines that cross borders or regions, transmitting electricity in both directions.

A senior government official who was not authorized to speak publicly shared the details of Friday's announcement in advance with CBC News. While no new dollar figure will be attached to the announcement, the federal government will "prioritize financial and regulatory support" for the five projects, CBC has learned...

WATCH | Carney's electricity plans:

  • Alberta-British Columbia intertie:*
  • Alberta-Saskatchewan intertie:
  • Saskatchewan-Manitoba intertie expansion:
  • P.E.I.-New Brunswick interconnection expansion:
  • British Columbia-Yukon grid connect: ...

"Your June 26 Deposit Is the Last One at This Amount — Here Is What Changes on July 29"

Tomorrow is June 26 and millions of Canadian seniors will see their CPP, OAS, and GIS arrive on the same day. But that deposit is the last time those exact amounts will appear. On July 29, everything recalculates. OAS goes up automatically. GIS is recalculated from scratch using your 2025 tax return. For some seniors, July 29 will bring a lower GIS because of income from last year that quietly changed the calculation. In this video you will learn what changes on July 29 and one free move that can recover hundreds of dollars in lost GIS.

๐Ÿ”นAI Overview

Ontario’s health care sector is marked by record spending but intense labor disputes and concerns over austerity. The 2026 provincial budget allocated a record $101.2 billion for healthcare. However, in inflation-adjusted terms, this growth rate falls short of the levels required to maintain previous service volumes.

There you go, I told you to WATCH THE MONEY. The money, POOF! MONEY GONE ๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ’ธ and the healthcare system is falling apart. Whose to blame, a damned thief by the name of Ford.
