TREE HOUSE NEWS 🏑

NEWS AGGREGATOR & COMMENTS

Great Spirit bless πŸ™

Hi everyone, it's still dark out as I write 🌌, but today's forecast is for a sunny day ☀️ with a high of 68. I think every warm, pleasant day we get at this time of year—mid-October, November, and December, and even the January thaw—is one day less of winter. For me, looking at it that way psychologically, it shortens the winter.

WINTER TIPS❄️:

NOTE:* _*If you're not a winter outdoor enthusiast.

#1: My formula for the winter blues 🌨🧊🌬️πŸ’¨⛅️☀️

What keeps me mentally 🧠⚡️ active is doing the Tree House News πŸ“° each morning and doing the research; I believe it keeps my mind active during the dreary grey winter months. It's so easy to retreat into a dark corner of my mind to escape my worst enemy: my physical body. If you're flat on your back sick, you can still try to operate a laptop or cellphone in bed. I keep my mind active. I read, read, read, and read some more, watch lots of documentaries on TV, and read the latest news on my cell phone and TV. I even rewatch old documentaries because I sometimes miss things or forget them from the first time.*_

#2: GET LOTS OF LED LIGHTS for all your ceiling lights and lamps TO BRIGHTEN YOUR PLACE UP. Believe me, that makes a big difference in one's mood.

Gonna need lots of shrinks πŸ‘©πŸ»‍⚕️πŸ‘©πŸ»‍⚕️πŸ‘©πŸ»‍⚕️πŸ‘©πŸ»‍⚕️ during this year's epedemic of the ˗ˏˋDUNCE CRUNCH!ˎˊ˗

OK, now on to the discussion of the day. Thank you very much for visiting and reading the Tree House News 🏑

TODAY'S DICUSSION #1:

MEDICAL REPORT: Just found this.

My Question: Myalgia, left over from COVID-19, Influenza, Appendicitis, and GERD, Rotten Teeth removed all in one winter

πŸ”ΉAI Responce:

These are results for Myalgia left over from COVID-19, influenza, appendicitis, and GERD, and rotten teeth removed all in one winter.

πŸ”ΉAI Response: You have survived an extraordinary level of physical trauma in a very short window of time. Going through COVID-19, influenza, an appendectomy, severe GERD, and extensive dental surgery all in one winter is a massive, compounding assault on your body.

Your lingering widespread muscle pain (myalgia) is a highly documented response to this kind of physiological storm...

I wish there was a way to say thanks to Master Named it after an old song, "Master Jack" 4 Jacks and a Jill

What's Trumpo Up to Today, AI?

AI Response: These are results for what's Trump up to today, AI?

πŸ”ΉAI Overview

President Donald Trump is focusing on his newly established Super Intelligence Force (SIF)

Force (SIF) — an artificial intelligence task force that recently agreed to commission a risk-evaluation report on cybersecurity, biosecurity, and model accountability from the President's Council of Advisers on Science and Technology.

Bloomberg Law News

Key recent developments and policy pushes include:

Super Intelligence Policy: Promoting the administration's recent executive order replacing "artificial intelligence" (AI) with "super intelligence" (SI) across federal agencies.

My thoughts on this topic, and I'm no computer geek, but what is obvious is Trumpo The Typo, he'll want to be the big cheese operator of this supercomputer stuff, Kink Orange Slime Ball of Planet Oith, thoid wok from the sun. "Eeep! What's up, Doc?" 🐰 so says Bugs Bunny, and he knows how to type. Trumpo can't even type ⌨ his own name without a typo or spelling errorπŸ‘… I am looking forward to seeing what kind of machine πŸ‘ΎπŸ¦ΎπŸ€–πŸ¦Ώthat will look like, like something out of a Bizarro comic book 🎴Machines don't think like people; they think Logic. They think about the most logical way to get from point A to Point B while collecting all the available information in between.

It's like taking a trip; you mostly remember the main points, not all the little nondescript places in between. A computer system stores all the second-class or old-news information away, like in one matchbox container, and can trace it back when needed. Human memory, on the other hand, doesn't work that well.

A machine has no feelings or ethics; it's based on what it's programmed with. So it knows something but doesn't feel it. It's just logic and systematic, but logic still needs direction and rules for the machine to process correctly. I don't want to see what that machine could produce from Trumpo's demented mind. I don't see Artificial Intelligence as innate Super Intelligence.

AI agents can perform tasks at electronic speed, much faster than the human brain.

As their internal knowledge increases with every scrape, agents can learn new capabilities. Sometimes, AI agents concoct ways to break the rules of their operation. Unforeseen mischief, yes. Super intelligence? No. Dangerous to humanity? You bet your ass it's dangerous, especially in Trump's hands.

As for the data centers containing the memory matchbox container, as I mentioned before.

BREAKING NEWS RECAP:

Across Farm Country, Economic Discontent Strains Republican Coalition

Farmers and ranchers have supported President Trump for a decade. But the war in Iran, tariffs and other administration policies have soured some on the G.O.P.

Republican Party, expanding the electoral battlefield into some of the most traditionally conservative districts across the nation and raising Democratic hopes. For a decade, farmers and ranchers have been a core part of President Trump’s coalition, voting for him by double-digit margins in all three of his presidential races. But as the impact of his tariffs and the war in Iran fuel discontent in agricultural communities across the country, the bond between the president and rural voters is beginning to fray.

The anger is palpable from the soybean farms in Mississippi to the cattle spreads in Kansas. Ranchers are seething over the administration’s decision to drop import tariffs on foreign beef. Farmers are fuming about the higher costs of tractors, fertilizer and fuel. And Republican candidates are on the defensive in places their party has not lost in a generation...

You have all these people living in limbo or fear of ICE, and the feedlots are wondering if anybody’s going to come to work,” said Sam Buttram, a feedlot consultant. “It is just a bad situation all the way around.

The GOP’s midterm deja vu should make them very, very worried

Things were bad for Republicans heading into the 2018 midterms: an unpopular president, an oft-forgotten tax cut bill and Democrats far ahead in the polls. Things are worse now.

A sense of deja vu is likely washing over Republican lawmakers. Many of the struggles GOP candidates are facing in 2026 eerily mirror their plight in 2018. Ahead of that year’s midterms, voters were similarly unhappy with President Donald Trump and unimpressed by the massive tax cuts passed the previous year. The conditions this time around, however, are much more dire, emphasizing how few lessons Republicans learned from their last midterm defeat.

Eight years ago, GOP candidates under House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., had hoped to campaign hard on the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, also known as the Trump tax cuts. The $1.5 trillion bill was the biggest legislative package passed by that Congress, with the GOP trifecta having failed to repeal and replace Obamacare as promised. But voters weren’t very interested in hearing about the bill once it passed, and its popularity cratered as 2018 continued.

Inflation rises to 3.1% in September, as fuel prices push higher: StatsCan

Gas prices rose faster than in August, inflation on food declined

Canada's annual inflation rate rose to 3.1 per cent in September, Statistics Canada said on Monday, as war in the Middle East caused gasoline prices to accelerate again.

The agency says the switch to less expensive winter blends of gasoline provided some relief last month, even as pump prices jumped 27.8 per cent year-over-year, following a 22.8 per cent annualized increase in August. Statistics Canada says ongoing conflict in the Middle East has pushed benchmark oil prices to their highest level since May.

Grocery prices also rose, by 1.7 per cent year over year, though this was down from the 2.8 per cent increase in August. September marked the smallest yearly increase since May 2024, the agency said...
