Hi again from the T.H. Newsroom. Well, at least it's sunny here in the newsroom; I have every light on. I can take some grey weather, but this is just getting too much like when we lived in BC, except here, there is not as much precipitation as anywhere else in Canada. We get way more cloudy days, actually pretty well everywhere nowadays, more so than sunny days, but at least the sunny, warm weather lasts longer than anywhere else in Canada except for the Okanogan Valley in BC. We were on the wrong side of the mountains. This is my personal news for now.
Let us begin the day by letting the spirit fly free...
The Star Child
The motion of the stars, their brightness, sparkling like gems in multiple colors; stars, quasars, and nebulas appear like large brooding storm clouds on the horizon. I flew by planets, moons, and asteroids, large and small, weaving and tumbling around like drunken sailors on shore leave.
Some comets fly by, leaving trails of ghostly blue streaks; some are flaming balls of fire that whip past me. They are caught in the gravitational pull of one of the rocky planets' atmospheres, break up into pieces, and leave grand fireworks for those below to admire.
Peace returns to the cosmos, and all is still, appearing as if time has ceased to exist. My perception was concentrated on that one second; the universe is frozen in time and space.

Canada, a stake in the heart
What truly saddens me is one fat piece of orange crap has managed to put a wedge between Canada and US. Canadians are not perfect; we have many faults, make errors, and have our own corporate thieves here as well. But at heart, I believe that, basically, we are a caring, peaceful people. We know where the corporate thieves are but don't do anything about it. STOP THE CORPORATE THIVES and use those billions of stolen dollars to reconstruct the country; NOW IS THE TIME TO DO SOMETHING. We need to get off the dependency of sucking on America's titties.
The Fake, Cheap Tin Can gods will not get us to the Moon or Mars or even in orbit; they are too busy being greedy for wealth and control. Even I know that doing business takes constant attention unless you have an army of trusted aides to help run your other businesses. You can't work two businesses alone, let alone governmental affairs, while you're as high as a kite. The fat orange cockroach is your worst enemy; all he wants is your money. I think you made a mistake, and you had better watch your step when you get off the bus if the orange cockroach is with you.
Elon Musk is an expert at demonstrating a meteor shower on a slightly smaller scale, FAKE! "Hey, everybody! Get your tin umbrellas out!"
You cannot MIX BUSINESS with POLITICS, two entirely different beasts. Because, Mr. Fake, try as you may, it matters not what you try to manipulate or make whatever legality disappear. Some records go back to when we first stepped off The Mayflower in 1620. and when we wrote the Constitution in 1789. Don't worry; there is a nice, safe place where you can't get your creepy little hands on it, and there will be a return to justice someday, and I pray that the someday is not too far away.

CANADIAN NEWS:
Trudeau, Trump spoke this morning — will speak again this afternoon on eve of the trade war
Trump says he will speak again to the prime minister at 3 p.m. ET
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spoke to U.S. President Donald Trump early Monday morning about the forthcoming trade war that has the potential to inflict economic pain on workers and businesses on both sides of the border, and they are expected to speak again later today.
The Prime Minister's Office and the White House did not immediately release a readout of what was said on the call. Still, a spokesperson for Trudeau told CBC News they "spoke about trade and the border" and confirmed they will connect again this afternoon before tariffs are set to take effect on Tuesday.

La tierra de los pinos susurrantes
Hola de nuevo desde la sala de prensa de T.H. Bueno, al menos hace sol aquí en la sala de prensa; tengo todas las luces encendidas. Puedo soportar un clima gris, pero esto se está volviendo demasiado parecido a cuando vivíamos en BC, excepto que aquí no hay tanta precipitación como en cualquier otro lugar de Canadá. El niño estrella
El movimiento de las estrellas, su brillo, brillando como gemas en múltiples colores; estrellas, cuásares y nebulosas aparecen como grandes nubes de tormenta amenazantes en el horizonte. La paz regresa al cosmos y todo está en calma, como si el tiempo hubiera dejado de existir. Mi percepción se concentró en ese segundo; el universo está congelado en el tiempo y el espacio.

Canadá, una estaca en el corazón
Lo que realmente me entristece es que un gran trozo de porquería naranja haya logrado poner una cuña entre Canadá y Estados Unidos. Los canadienses no somos perfectos; tenemos muchos defectos, cometemos errores y también tenemos nuestros propios ladrones corporativos aquí. Pero en el fondo, creo que, básicamente, somos un pueblo solidario y pacífico. Sabemos dónde están los ladrones corporativos, pero no hagamos nada al respect

DETENGAMOS A LOS LADRONES CORPORATIVOS y usemos esos miles de millones de dólares robados para reconstruir el país; AHORA ES EL MOMENTO DE HACER ALGO. Necesitamos dejar de depender de chupar las tetas de Estados Unidos.
Los dioses falsos y baratos de las latas de hojalata no nos llevarán a la Luna ni a Marte, ni siquiera a la órbita; están demasiado ocupados codiciando la riqueza y el control. La cucaracha naranja gorda es tu peor enemigo; todo lo que quiere es tu dinero. Creo que cometiste un error y será mejor que tengas cuidado cuando te bajes del autobús si la cucaracha naranja está contigo.

No se pueden MEZCLAR NEGOCIOS con POLÍTICA, son dos bestias completamente diferentes. Porque, Sr. Falso, por más que lo intente, no importa lo que intente manipular o hacer desaparecer cualquier legalidad. ReplyDeleteAt least right now, it's raining. I see the droplets on the railing of the balcony, and I love to hear the dripping sound the raindrops make. And there is a bit of a ground fog out there, which reminds me of a Frankenstein movie.
By the way, I saw a coyote prancing around the parking lot, just like any tame dog. I wouldn't want to use my leg for an experiment, though, to find out just how tame it is.

Greetings, Everyone! It's been a day whose schedule has been as addled as the organ Trump calls a brain. I'm posting late. Supper is late. Both will be short and simple.
If you move to BC, the Lower Mainland, especially near Vancouver, be ready for gloomy weather. The place has more rainy and cloudy days than Cindy and I could handle. In 2013 there were 45 consecutive days of rain, starting in February—ra, and n every day. We de ided to return to Ontario on Day 46.
Item next: The tariffs of a mad fool. They're precisely that. Trump accuses Canada of being a major pipeline for fentanyl into America. The latest statistics on fentanyl seizures going south show that 0.2% of all fentanyl seized comes from Canada.
I have no idea why our PM didn't confront the mad asshole of the White House about guns coming into Canada, of which I would bet 99% or more are from the Second Amendment Country, America. It's odd that they didn't note how much in other drugs was interdicted by the Canadian Border Service when they found it in semis and cars. Trump doesn't consume alcohol, but something makes him out of touch with reality.
The latest news I have is that Claudia Sheinbaum, president of Mexico, caused Trump to back away from laying tariffs on Mexico for at least another month. An hour ago, he did the same for Canada.

Before any other territory becomes a state, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico come first. They are American territories.
