TREE HOUSE NEWS 🏡
Land of Whispering Pines 🌲
Good morning! I pray The Great Spirit be with you 🙏 🌅
Well, here at the Newsroom 📰 this morning, it's again grey skies but still reasonably warm out, enough so I could enjoy my coffee out in my green space this morning. It was nice just to sit back and watch it get brighter and the bird commence their orchestration for the day.
Odd that is! It seems like we have more birds than usual this year, or at least different species that are not common to this area. But then I also had an encounter with a June bug the other night, and last night, a large furry moth flew into the screen door. I haven't seen anything like that since I lived up north. Now I can't wait for the crickets and Katydids, I love it! 🦗 ☺️ It gets me wondering if it has anything to do with the fires to the northeast of us, more specifically in the north of Ontario. Migrating insects?
Is it possible that forest fires are also causing larger than usual animal migration to southern Ontario?

Yes, it's possible that forest fires in Canada, including those in Southern Ontario in 2024 and 2025, could be contributing to increased insect populations. While not the sole cause...

Yes, it's highly possible that forest fires, particularly those in Northern Ontario and beyond, are causing increased animal migration to Southern Ontario in 2024 and 2025. The combination of wildfires displacing animals from their homes and the resulting smoke and air quality issues can lead animals to seek refuge in areas like Southern Ontario.
TODAY'S DISCUSSION:
My Opinion, ABOUT LIBERTY?:
In the meantime, the fat old orange slime bag doesn't give a pile of 💩 💩 💩 about democracy, the Constitution, law, let alone any respect for the environment, nor the annoying little bugs they call "We, the people." What's left will make good little slaves. Piece of 💩 🎃 🤡 👺 WHAT FREEDOM IS THERE LEFT NOW? when you have to hide in a hole in the ground so the Gestapo don't get you. 😝
America. The Land of the Free and The Home of the Brave. For about 235 years, it was the Greatest Nation On Earth, and people from everywhere wanted to come to America. A statue in New York Harbor held aloft a torch at what was called The Golden Door to a better life in America.
Our Nation remains, hollowed out by a regime that is making the Republic America has been since 1789 into a fascist oligarchy ruled by a person trampling the Constitution. They won't make a policy and process to welcome immigrants to America. Instead, raids by masked secret police arrest undocumented immigrants regardless of the place they have attained in society.
I can see in my mind, the fascist regime, The Orange Lying, Sadistic Sack of 💩 dropping a large black veil over Lady Liberty. But her torch still burns bright under the black veil.
Never give up on our Republic. If we keep our faith, we can fix the damage. THINK ABOUT IT MAN! ☮️ eh? 🍁
BREAKING NEWS:
America’s skies may soon open up to supersonic travel. But there’s still a big problem
The skies over the United States could be wide open for much faster air travel in the near future. Not just because passenger planes capable of breaking the sound barrier are in development — for the first time ever, they could be allowed to do it over American soil.
Even during the days of Concorde, the supersonic plane that retired in 2003, commercial flying at speeds above Mach 1 over mainland US was strictly forbidden, largely due to concerns over noise pollution from sonic booms.
Now moves are afoot to lift that restriction with a bill recently introduced in the Senate, and a similar measure in the House of Representatives. That means if the long-awaited “Son of Concorde” ever gets here, it will have more potential supersonic routes than its predecessor... Read More:

Hooters abruptly closes dozens of restaurants
Hooters has abruptly closed dozens of locations just a few months after the chicken wing chain filed for bankruptcy and proclaimed it wasn’t “going anywhere.”
“After careful consideration of what is needed to best position our company for the future, Hooters made the difficult decision to close certain company-owned locations,” a company spokesperson said in a statement to -CNN-.
These chains typically cater to lower and middle-income families looking for a sit-down meal, but diners are abandoning these companies as their disposable income shrinks because of inflation...

‘Death and hunger’: Videos, expert analysis and witnesses point to Israeli gunfire in Gaza aid site shooting
A CNN investigation into a deadly incident near an aid distribution site in southern Gaza on Sunday points to the Israeli military opening fire on crowds of Palestinians as they tried to make their way to the fenced enclosure to get food.
More than a dozen eyewitnesses, including those wounded in the attack, said Israeli troops shot at crowds in volleys of gunfire that occurred sporadically through the early hours of Sunday morning. The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), the US and Israeli-backed aid initiative that runs the site, said that Israeli forces were operating in the area during the same period.
Multiple videos geolocated by CNN place the gunfire near a roundabout where hundreds of Palestinians had gathered about half a mile (800 meters) away from the militarized aid site in Tel al-Sultan in Rafah. The designated route to the site along the coast, Al-Rasheed Street, is in an area under the Israeli military’s control and Israeli troops operate at a base nearby.

'There's a lot I wish I would have taken': Denare Beach residents in shock after wildfire
Parts of northern Sask. village destroyed by fire that moved in faster than expected
When Rebecca McCrimmon evacuated with her family from Denare Beach last week, it was out of concern that access to the northeast Saskatchewan community, not far from the Manitoba border, would be cut off by the Club fire burning to the north.
She packed some clothes and mementoes, thinking she would be able to return home after the danger passed. But then on Monday, the Wolf fire suddenly moved in from the west. She watched via a video feed as the flames went down the street in front of her house. Then the feed went dark...
