Good morning! I pray The Great Spirit be with you 🙏 🌅

I woke up this morning feeling somewhat sluggish, and my stomach felt like I had a critter moving around in it. I made the coffee and had my cereal, then sat on the couch to check my cell, and fell asleep. I was up at around 4:30 am for a nature call, and then I didn't feel sleepy anymore, as my stomach wouldn't let me. I fell asleep on the couch around 6:45 am and didn't wake up until 8:40 am. I must have been really whacked out. I do pray the stomach stays dormant for the rest of the day.

After that nap, I felt much better. I even went out to sweep off the green space and dust the patio furniture. Then I had my usual emotional moment, thinking back to what seems to me to be a time when everything was more real, and the sun shone brightly in a blue sky, everything sparkled a lot brighter, like gems in the sunlight. Nice and sunny and warm out, just still hazy.

I wish it were only the Lazy Hazy Crazy Days Of Summer.

That's the America I remember, and that is the America that most of us Canadians used to look up to.*_

For some reason, I wept over the previous thoughts that came to mind. Unrelated? Coincidence? I guess I was wondering why the human race can't learn from our errors and move on to a better, more constructive way to live in harmony with each other and reach for the stars, which, in my opinion, is why we are here. As starseeds, now that we have matured into fully conscious beings in the organic world, the awakening they keep talking about is that of the consciousness.

We should know so much better than to kneel before a parasitical, sadistic lunatic, maniac who thinks he is a god. That's about it from me for one day.

I know that we are somewhere on one of those branches of the Tree of Life stretching out into the infinities. That which came to be is still recorded on the time and space continuum, like a recording in a computer memory bank. Now that brings us to the roots. Where do the roots lead to?

China-US trade meeting will take place within the next week, White House adviser says

White House adviser Peter Navarro said a meeting on trade between Trump administration and Chinese officials is expected to happen within seven days.

“There was a clear mandate between, an understanding between two presidents,” Navarro said today, referring to a 90-minute telephone call between President Donald Trump and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping yesterday.

After Trump’s call with Xi, the US president said he was encouraged that ongoing trade tensions could soon be resolved. Trump deemed the conversation as “very good,” and said followup talks would occur “soon” between the countries’ economic teams.

Navarro told reporters at the White House that he, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, Trade Representative Jamieson Greer or the president himself would announce when the meeting between US and Chinese officials was officially scheduled. Those four members of Trump’s economic team are expected to participate in the upcoming talks as well.

A West Virginia prosecutor is warning women that a miscarriage could lead to criminal charges

Amid a constantly changing reproductive landscape, one West Virginia prosecutor is warning people who have miscarriages in his state that they could get in trouble with the law.

Raleigh County Prosecuting Attorney Tom Truman says that although he personally wouldn’t prosecute someone for a miscarriage, he made the suggestion out of an abundance of caution after hearing from other prosecutors.

Truman even suggests people might want to let local law enforcement know if they’ve had a miscarriage. Several reproductive law experts say people around the country have, indeed, faced charges related to miscarriages — but they still wouldn’t recommend reaching out to law enforcement.

Army preparing for largest military parade on the capital’s streets in decades, featuring 7 million pounds of hardware

Millions of pounds of military hardware are expected to roll down the US capital’s streets in less than two weeks, fulfilling a dream of President Donald Trump but also sparking concerns about how the roads of Washington, DC, will fare under the literal weight of heavy tanks and fighting vehicles.

The largest military parade the city has seen in decades is expected to bring seven million pounds of vehicles and weaponry as well as a price tag potentially in the tens of millions of dollars, and this week the US Army has started reinforcing the roads that will carry the hardware downtown and along the parade route.

The parade on June 14 will feature dozens of M1-A1 Abrams tanks and Bradley and Stryker fighting vehicles rolling through the streets of DC, as well as Howitzers and other artillery pieces, officials said. Nearly 7,000 soldiers are set to participate.

Residents across Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta have been asked to evacuate

It can be a helpless feeling viewing the footage of people fleeing their homes, or watching communities burn, beneath red, hazy skies.

Canada is once again grappling with raging wildfires, with some 209 active fires — half of them out of control — burning through nearly every province and territory in the country as of Friday.

Central and Western Canada in particular are under siege, with 68 wildfires burning in B.C., 55 in Alberta, 18 in Saskatchewan and 27 in Manitoba, according to the most recent data from the Canadian Interagency Forest Fire Centre (CIFFC).
